It was fast easy and convenient. Have not experienced any glitches

I can’t find any. I have not had any bad experiences with the Suti Hr program and I have been using it for a year and a half.

SutiHR has a great team of support for users, and constantly updating the product to have better features. Very straight forward interface and made ready step-by-step user guides.

As with all software, there are many areas to improve. SutiHR team has been working hard to do just this as demand arise. It is not for large size company, and the workflow is simple. If your expectation of HR system is an ERP, then this is not for you.

Good platform for the employees to see their information, receive company news and information, update their personal information, and submit requests for training, time off, and other forms of leave.

Set-up and user manuals

The ease of access, from both desktops and phones. The ap is very easy to use.

Had quite a few bugs. however, they were corrected.

User friendly, variety of modules. Employees were able to adjust to using the system quickly.

Integrating other payroll systems. However, the ability to create reports make up for what is lacking.

It keeps track of everyone's birthdays making it easier to wish everyone a Happy Birthday.

It doesn't let you edit the time off. Like you have to cancel and go back and and start all over.

The Ease of use. Being able to clock in and out on my phone along with requesting days.

The only con I can think of is the fact that you have to be set a certain times to clock in and out.

Ability to be customized to suit specific business practices.

Can run a little slow from time to time.

The simplicity of the system. Our employees (some of whom are from another country), have been able to get in and figure out how to use the system on their own without much training.

They have developed a very bare bones ATS. I wish they had a more feature rich system similar to their HCM system.

It's very easy to use once you are trained.

Without knowledge of the system it can seem very complicated.

The Dashboards & Reporting tools are very efficient and useful.

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to figure out how to use new features without asking a lot of questions or reading through the guides.

Easily navigated, makes it possible to track hours worked, vacation and sick days.

No issues with using this software. Sometimes the date needs to be refreshed more than once when entering time in and times out.

I love how simple it is! It has field for things I wouldn't even think of! The customer service is great, quick responses always.

I love everything about Suti, I do wish certain field names could be edited but we make it work!

Lots of features, and inexpensive for what was promised.

Not flexible and terrible training. It's been 8 months of implementation, when it was promised to be very fast. We continue to struggle with implementation due to lack of training.

Over all pretty simple. I like where you can put extra information.

Reloading the entire page before making a selection.

That I can easily clock in on my phone and be able to see my time off

That it sometimes takes a minute in order for me to get logged in

Suti HR boosts many features, but I found them lacking in ease of use as well as the practical implication. It could be an okay solution for a company desperate for a start on HR recordkeeping but with a small budget. Their customer service was pleasant and helpful.

The interface is non-user friendly and not aesthetically pleasing. The features seem out of date and lacking a practical use or historical data.

I love that we now have an all in one platform for every HR need - and if you do not have a need for a certain module, you don't have to purchase it! We have launched each module separately. and that has worked well for our team.

The software admin functions are not very intuitive and a little clunky. That said, the support team is phenomenal! They are very attentive and knowledgeable and respond to our needs very quickly.

I enjoy the simplicity of the software. Its easy to use and not too flashy where I get lost in the graphics. Straight to the point so I can do what I need to and move along with the next task.

I have not had enough time to see any cons

It shows the most relevant information on the home page, along with your picture, company, and title. It also shows your Time Off (PTO) Balance so that's not difficult to locate. The organization chart is pretty neat, it shows how your company is broken down on different teams with pictures, names, and titles.

In the Documents section it only shows a part of the Name/Description/etc. and you have to hover over the text to read the whole thing. That's sort of annoying to do, especially if you have a lot of documents on your profile. I'm also not sure what "availed" means on the PTO page. It would be nice to see what your PTO was prior to one year, I don't think it tracks further back than that.

Ease of use. Very instinctual to figure out its functions and its great to be able to have all agency HR documents stored in one place.

There should have been a quick tutorial pop up the first time you signed on to give you an overview of the site.

Icons are big, colorful and easy to identify and navigate on the home screen. Not hard to use.

I wish the widgets/icons were standardized. I do not like that widgets can be customized and moved around. One time when logging into Sutihr, my "Request time off," widget disappeared. I had to go to settings to allow the widget/icon to reappear. If the icons were standardized for the whole company and kept an exact way, it wouldn't allow for icons to disappear.

Ease of use and gets me to where i need to be in a hurry.

I really don't have anything very negative to say.

It is easy to use and navigate. It is a very user friendly program.

It doesn't stay logged in at all times. When needing to clock in logging in and out causes missed time from work.

It is easy to use and can be accessed at anytime.

No cons from my point of view but I don't handle the administrative side so I am not sure if there would be anything to add from that point of veiw.
