Google Voice provides a free phone number that you can sync to any device with Wi-Fi. I can make and receive calls/texts to my phone, meanwhile keeping my personal phone number separate and operate my business without carrying around another device.

Some businesses and services do not support VoIP phone numbers.

You didn't need to pay for the service in order to use Google Voice.

Set up for Google voice was extremely easy. When I needed a business number, I was able to create an account and pick a number in under 30 minutes. This application can make calls on its own through Internet, and it is able to make calls through my carrier if necessary.

The Google voice app on iOS can be a bit buggy at times.

Nothing i can think of. Everything from set up, implementation and customer service is top notch.

I use this for my business phone number and i love it. Not only can i get phone calls they can text me too.

The only thing i dont like is if you log out of your account and you cant remember your google account password your in trouble cause you are locked out.

It's easy to use and works well with the network. I can use it like a regular phone number.

Sometimes the updates can make the numbers go into spam by themselves.

- Sometimes depending on your Wi-Fi it can disconnect without warning

I wish incoming calls were considered "use" because they discontinued my phone number and I'd love to get it back.

I like how Google Voice was attached to my email. If I missed something on Google Voice, I still had things come through in other spots I would see it.

Google Voice only allowed for a specific amount of contacts. We met the limit fairly fast and then had no capability of adding any more.

It was easy to set up and use. Great alternative for business phone number.

Everything was great except some calls didn't come through

I like that you can use Google Voice from your personal cell phone and call families from Google Voice.

There is not anything that I do not like about this product.

I have been using Google Voice as my primary business line instead of a land line for over a year now and it's so nice to have a local phone number and to have potential clients be directed to this number instead of my personal cell phone. I also like that Google Voice transcribes voicemails automatically.

What i like about Google voice is we can communicate out team and its very easy to use.

On our job we need to get some information about what we are going to do so we need to communicate with our team and we used this google voice.

I love that as a solopreneur, I can use Google Voice for free until my business grows large enough to need a paid option!

The disabling of the email message feature in which your voicemails were automatically transcribed and emailed to you.

I remember when this was first getting popular and has since upgrade to a seamless experience. Easy to set up and I love the smart phone integration

Yes, its easy to use and options are crystal clear. Easy platform to communicate with the customer via email and more collaborative to add different teams/leaderships/sale etc. I recommended this service.

Very long tickets can be difficult to navigate. I'd like to see a feature where you can collapse emails/actions by date to easily see a high level view a tickets history by date.

Free and great phone service as an alternative line.

If you don't use it they will cancel the line.

Google Voice is easy to use, a simple interface. It is great that the user is able to also access Google Voice online and call from the computer as well as text. The user is able to listen to voicemails and do everything that one would do on a phone, from a computer.

When used in conjunction with a phone and receiving a phone call, it only shows the Google Voice number, not the caller ID number. The user is able to see if after the call has been completed but it would be great if one could see the number in real-time.

How it is very easy to use, can link it to ur phone so when someone is calling your cell phone will actually ring link a regular phone call, can also send and receive text messages without any issues.

How i had the same google voice numbers for years and now all the sudden its no longer connected to my account and when tryin to get a new number it says none are available for the area i live in. Also get a lot of spam texts and calls.
