My overall experience with Survicate has been excellent. Its seamless integration with Intercom has allowed us to easily collect and analyze customer feedback directly within our communication flow. Setting up surveys is intuitive, and the variety of survey templates helps us quickly gather relevant insights. The real-time data reporting has been invaluable for making data-driven decisions, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for product improvement. Additionally, the ability to target specific user segments ensures we’re collecting feedback from the right audience at the right time. Overall, Survicate has significantly enhanced our feedback collection process

Embedding a question into an email intergrated with intercom is a killer feature.
Cons
That I managed to not realize I was not in my company environment until after I sent out a survey to 1,000 people. Maybe make it more clear when you're using a free account?

For example, you can run surveys directly in the Intercom messenger, send Intercom attributes to Survicate to better analyze survey data, and much more.
Also, we now communicate free plan limits more clearly. The name of the account is always visible in the top right-hand corner of the application.

Creating and analysing surveys is easy and intuitive
Cons
To be honest, nothing comes to mind right away. I would like if in a workspace I could filter the date range of all my surveys in that workspace at the same time to view and analyse the results instead of one by one.

At our company, we use Survicate to collect feedback from our users across our different sites, in different languages, both on the web and in the app. We love the versatility of creating segments and showing a specific survey to a specific group of users. Plus, we link these surveys to our screen recording software, so we have the feedback and what the user did in the meantime - a great mix to solve problems.
Pros
Easy of use, pricing, versatility, scalability, support, integration with other tools, "topics" functionality... it was a great discovery for us and offers all we need for our end-user surveys.
Cons
For our necessities I have no complaints about it. Maybe more design options, but they release new features from time to time.

It's a tool I use daily and that I am getting to know more and more. It's valuable and delivers me data and conclusions as to how I deal. It feels like there are more options than I know of, but their customer service always feels close when needed
Pros
The service is great. You can get in touch easily and really fast, and the answers are always correct and brought to you in a friendly way!
Cons
There is a lot that can be done that did not feel intuitive to me. So it took me a while to find out that some options were available, and what they meant/did. There is a knowledge base and enought information on the website, but I did not take the time to dive in to that

The platform performs as advertised, but the thing that makes Survicate stand out is the support if you have questions. The employees there are very knowledgeable and have been able to solve each challenges I've had.
Cons
There were a couple of issues with email security software duplicating responses to surveys. Survicate was able to help me resolve them, but it would have been nice to know what was a potential issue when I was earlier in the survey design process.

Ability to get several different customer insights in one place.
Good tools for analyzing results, outcomes and customer feedback. What I would be thinking about in this step is how can we help our clients to package insights in the best way to make it easy to communicate to the organisation?
Great customer support. Proactive, helpful and good tools. I get the feeling you have thought through you own customer journey i the help phase.
Proactive product development. New and relevant features are released. I believe the step towards using AI to analyze large sets of customer feedback is the right strategic step for you product.
Cons
Not much. Small thing: for some reason I have to log-in every by typing my email manually. A "remember me" function in the log-in step would be nice.

Very flexible tool enabling you to get to know your users. Beautiful and functional interface with charts and graphs that neatly communicate survey outcomes visually.
Cons
Survey logic features are quite limited. AI features are promising but not good enough yet to be really useful.

Found it hard to work out how to put email notifications on and it's not standard you have to manually set it up

If I need to send a survey to a specific group of users (let's say 1000 specific user IDs), I can't enter a bulk of IDs into Survicate. I need to copy and paste each individual ID which is impossible and time consuming. Please solve this issue.

Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized. I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version). You do get a LOT from the free- which is also great.

Love the ease of most integrations, especially Intercom, and how easy it is to create surveys - whether from scratch or from a template. Very easy to ensure a non-biased question and have great data capture options
Cons
I found it frustrating to send a single link but have it collect identified information, without using an email tool - without integrating the survey into Intercom or Marketo or another email tool, sending an identified email link is cumbersome - we often have those emails blocked by email servers, so being able to one-off send a link is important.

Pros
In the middle of a survey they just froze the survey access to respondents demanding we upgrade. By the time we did of course, we now have to re-send the survey. Awful and completely illogical way of running a survey service. It is tremendously expensive if you are regularly surveying people. 1,000 responses a month (for all surveys) is 1500 a year base. It gets very pricey, very quickly. Do not recommend them.

It reduces effort in creating feedback surveys with easy to understand placement options for the survey on a website.
Cons
The code for embedding is difficult to spot and quite hidden. it should be present either on the dashboard or in the launch step.

Horrible customer service and misleading company

I like the email integration with HTML. However, the Zapier Connection did not work with infusionsoft.
Cons
This company mislead me by saying that my essential plan would get me access to excel export features. Long behold when I tried to use it they said I had to upgrade my plan even though I had a screenshot that clearly says "your plan" has access to " export features". I showed this to the support team and they simply said not our problem you will have to upload to get access to this feature. I feel like this was a misleading bait and switch by survicate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company.
