In overall, AgreeDo has been a wonderful experience for me. It's a very user friendly tool for managing meetings, particularly for groups who require an organized method of recording conversations and action items. It does a good job with the fundamentals, but better integrations may make it even better.
Pros
The most notable thing about AgreeDo was how well it coordinated and handled meetings. By the use of AgreeDo, Creating agendas, taking notes, and keeping track of action items is made simple because of its user-friendly interface. Team collaboration is also greatly improved by its collaborative features.
Cons
One of the cons was that there were few possibilities for integrating with other project management applications. To enhance workflow management, it may be more easily integrated with systems like Slack or Trello.

Cool tool, yet still many points that need improving

Pros
It has a simple, intuitive and easy to use interface.
Cons
The fact that it sends a notification via email for every little activity that I did, for example adding a new task, commenting, setting a meeting. While those tasks make sense for an update to be sent via email, for something such as only sending a reminder, there's no need to send several reminders about one task. This makes the number of emails that I received from AgreeDo alone climb up too fast in a just a short time.

In general very happy with how easy it is to use to create new meetings or to allocate tasks.

Easy to copy topics from other/previous meetings.
Cons
Previous comments are included when copied. Do not like that when you copy/paste text that it automatically creates a new line or even several new lines when pasted - then have to copy paste the text from the lines created to add it as one text, additionally have to delete the created lines one by one.

I was overall pleased with the usefulness of the meeting record keeping feature.

Pros
The all-in-on-place features of meeting management are time and effort saving. The tool is easy to use once you get the hang of the editor UI. For the connected members of the team is was a valuable task tracking mechanism.
Cons
The limited formatting capability for minutes resulted in long documents since the team I worked with wanted in all on paper - my minutes were a bit detailed - NOT the fault of Agreedo. the value of the program is in the online connected information flow. When the team is only partially tech competent, the strength of the product is lost - again, not the software's issue.

It is easy to use. It is possible to include and invite other people to your meeting. At the end, you have a clear minutes of meeting.

The ability to use the meeting outline as a template for future training sessions to ensure consistency is amazing. We simply schedule follow up meetings and update information as needed.

Pros
Algunas formas de la arquitectura son buenas. La numeración, también dar un solo "enter" para crear una nueva línea también.
Cons
No me gustó la gestión de desarrollo de una idea, es necesario usar los comentarios y no es tan fácil acceder a la edición de comentarios. Se puede, pero podría ser más fácil. Me parece que la conceptualización parte de premisas falsas en el diseño del software.

La facilidad de uso, de configuración, y sobre todo de compartir con las personas que componen la reunión. Eso facilita también el cumplimiento de lo que se habla en las reuniones (porque podemos volver fácilmente a reuniones anteriores, y chequear qué tarea se asignó a cada persona, y chequear cumplimiento).
Cons
La integración con otras plataformas: calendarios, tareas asignadas, etc...

La gran cantidad de funciones relacionadas con la gestión de reuniones. Notas, acuerdos, tareas, archivos adjuntos, sincronización con tu agenda. Lo hace muy productivo!
Cons
En realidad no hay mucho que pueda decir, sin embargo el tipo de ingreso a la agenda de la reunión a veces no es muy claro, pero cuando uno logra entender los tipos de ingreso que hay a la agenda, es muy buena la clasificación entre acuerdos, notas y tareas.

Sehr einfache und übersichtliche Software mit allen Funktionen die man für effiziente Meetings benötigt.
Planen , Protokollieren, Aufgaben verteilen und terminieren.
Cons
Nur ein Verantwortlicher pro Aufgabe verfügbar. Ist aber bereits in der Entwicklung und sollte mit dem nächsten Release verfügbar sein.

vielen Dank für Dein Feedback. Bzgl. der Einladung per Email sollten wir uns ggf. bzgl. der Funktion "Folgeeinladung" austauschen (gerne an [email protected] schreiben). Dann entfällt der ganze Aufwand des Einladens komplett. Bzgl. PDF Layout: Ja das steht bereits auf unserer Agenda für 2023.

Die wichtigsten Funktionen sind dabei, um die Nutzung einer Meetingagenda-Software auszuprobieren ist es gut geeignet. Der Preis ist im Leistungsvergleich zu Mitbewerbern etwas höher, wir benutzen aber ohnehin vorerst nur die Free Version. Großer Pluspunkt: deutscher Standort, vermutlich DSGVO-kompatbiler als andere.
Cons
Vieles ist "von Hand" (kopieren von Einladungen aus Teams etc.) zu erledigen, die Nutzung ist nicht besonders komfortabel. Die Oberfläche ist spartanisch, es gibt keine Besprechungsvorlagen, ein Betrieb als gebrandete Subdomain o.ä. ist nicht vorgesehen. Leider können iCal-Kalender nicht synchronisiert werden.
