Pros

The main plus point are given below
a. You get an access to the 50k+ software reprository.
b. Adding the software is much easier.Multiple options are created for the customisation.
c. Creating a custom package is much easier. All the options like Pre Install and post install can be bundled together.

Cons

The main cons are
a. There should more customisation should be provided in terms of scripting on user level. Like in SCCM user Deployment we can control much more aspect.
b. Custom setting of the Global COndition are missing from the environment.

However, some challenges exist, resource demands it places on infrastructure, especially in large environment like mine.

Pros

-Big quantity of skills to monitor a server with services
-Amazing compatibility with plugins of the same brand to extend the monitoring.
-We can create threshold very easy way to monitoring the metrics of servers.
-Light webpage to check quickly the alerts generated by the servers.
-Amazing automatization to monitors VMs of VMware hosts.

Cons

The reports generate by Applications Manager are not customizable and the structure is bad to analyze in a Excel file.
