ReviewPush has allowed us to more easily get an accurate picture of how our store locations are doing across the most popular review platforms, on demand, and virtually instantly. It provides us with enough meaningful data on review performance to help influence business decisions, and to enable insights that we can utilize in both marketing and operations. For businesses that want to leverage reputation management and take it in new directions, ReviewPush is an important tool to include as part of this process.
The variety of reports available, along with CSV export capacity, were some of the most attractive features of ReviewPush. With these reports, we are able to capture meaningful and timely data about the online reputation performance of our various locations, which we could then integrate with other spreadsheets. By being able to consolidate reputation performance metrics in one place with only a few mouse clicks, this has saved us countless hours of manual review tracking and statistics collection.
Another great feature is response management. This is another time-saver that enables us to customize and publish responses to reviews with greater ease, and helps us to reach out to our reviewers more efficiently.
Occasionally, we've encountered situations where the user interface was not necessarily intuitively designed, but only in minor ways which had no significant impact on the quality of the user experience. This is only to be expected with the number of various features and options available in the software, and to offset this, the customer support team does an outstanding job of explaining anything or troubleshooting issues, all within an acceptable response time.
It alerts us to any new reviews on the major review sites which allows us to craft a timely response (for us and for our clients).
We would love if there was an integration with Nextdoor.com, which is a very popular up-and-coming site, where small businesses are receiving reviews.
The software is super simple to use. You can manage all of your reviews from multiple sites. Of course you can't manage ALL of them, but you get to manage the ones that MATTER! In addition to the awesome software the customer support team and their development team really took care of my needs. Not to mention everything was resolved literally in like 45 minutes... Keep up the great work!!!
