The ease of uploading and organizing the documents and users

Sometimes I think the permission sets get a bit confusing and could be more clear

Not a nice UX, quite clunky, also it was more expensive then others

Support to set up the projects and VDRs. Ease of use. Visibility on the interactions between users and the VDR.

During the 4 months we've used it, I couldn't find any cons. There are obviously some minor suggestion on the product, but nothing I'd classify as a con.

No direct communications communication with bidders, since all communications are managed through the iDeals platform

Not being able to remain signed in and having to log in everytime

Customer support und easy set up. Furthermore it's easy to use and mostly self-explaining. Pricing is reasonable for our SME clients and there's no hidden fees.

User friendly product and easily customizable: the interface is very flexible and allows you to truly customize the accessibility of every single file to each user on an individual basis. The support team is extremely helpful as well. The support team is available 24/7 and are very responsive and quick in tackling any issues.
The value for money of this software compared to competitors put iDeals at a clear advantage point.

I honestly could not find anything to dislike about the software. It is truly a great product 360 degrees.

It is easy to use and it is possible to download documents without issue.

No cons that I can think of as it is easy to use.

Price is expensive, especially for a company like us that uses it for very specific moments, such as fundraising.

User authorization and authentication are built very carefully and with many options for different roles in deal.

Some notifications on storage limit and date limit are not on as default, leading to inactive management by users

Not being able to choose multiple texts to be displayed when entering on the platform - e.g., NDA and Privacy Policy. Not being able to edit the name of the user once invited on the platform.

If You do something wrong it can hard to correct.

It is easy for users to navigate and find documents quickly, efficient tools for uploading, organizing, and managing documents

Forming the groups like sellers, buyers etc. and assigning the appropriate rights should be more simple or at least there should be a test to check that the rights are assigned properly.

Easy to manage including being able to setup permission groups. Also the ability and detail in the audit section was brilliant.

I'm not sure there was anything negative.

The VDR is very efficient, user-friendly and has a lot of functionnality.

I have been very satisfied by the product, and have no negative point to mention until now.

Excellent platform which is very easy for VDR users to access/use. Our clients and VDR invitees all like using iDeals - most important.

Need better macro-level reporting for client to see total storage used and available capacity. We have had instances in which we exceeded our contracted capacity as our deal teams did not know how much space was being consumed in total.
Also suggest having a tutorial for using the desktop version. Our team did not fully appreciate the functionality of the desktop version. The desktop version vastly accelerates upload times and users should be keenly aware at the time they first start using iDeals.
