It saves me travelling costs as I don't have to be on site to repair or provide support to my clients, thus saving me money and time.
Pros
Controller meetings start rapidly.Specialist establishments rush to finish. On premise server refreshes rush to finish, commonly in under 10 minutes.Impromptu help meetings are natural and simple to begin
Cons
the controller task bar bugs out more than it ought towhile doing a far off meeting from the help tab, possibly a few times it prompts for adminstrator access when this entrance is required. more often than not it simply dark screen when UAC input is required.it doesn't scale well when multiple screens are engaged with a far off meeting
Reasons for Switching to ConnectWise ScreenConnect
I chose it because of its rating, reviews as well as price. It is very competitive and affordable for me personally.- Industry: Financial Services

Very good overall and would recommend. Their partnership with BrightGauge needs lots of improvement from the reporting side, but ScreenConnect itself has been very good.
Pros
It's great for remote access into another users computer, even if just one of your own. Support is good and there is no downtime.
Cons
Features like "Screen Blanking" can be very clunky. Often when I set the remote screen to be blanked out, I will have a session go to sleep, and when I get back on the screen blank setting has been disabled. This is highly frustrating when needin privacy in a remote setting.

We've been using this product for several years and it's the best remote support tool I've used to date. The ability to share multiple monitors, transfer files and use the backstage environment are all critical to my teams daily success in providing remote support.
Pros
My team and I use Connectwise ScreenConnect daily to provide remote support, diagnostics, patching, virus remediation, etc.. It's fast, very flexible, provides a shell environment called backstage that allows us to tweak computers without impacting the end user.
Cons
There's nothing currently that I dislike about the product.

SC has let us move quickly on absorbing new clients into our remote access base and quickly assist people who just need a hop-on to show us an issue. Overall I recommend it highly.
Pros
Deploying is easy, customization is pretty simple, and the app's functionality is the best compared to every other app I've used (anydesk, teamviewer, splashtop, vnc solutions)
Cons
There's some features that just dont exist and they expect the community to develop plugins for those instead of doing it themselves. Things such as "prevent user from initiating chat when host is not connected" just isn't possible and evey though there's page after page of requests for it they don't do it for whatever reason.

Pros
I like that we can now see software on the machine without logging in as the user. I also like that I can now login as the user on remote desktop without guiding them to join a session.
Cons
The expired token can be a problem. I appreciate that it clears up if someone is using up a seat and isn't at their computer anymore but I do wish it had maybe an idle timer instead of it running into that when I'm in the middle of something.

Great, we deployed ScreenConnect and never looked back. There's been zero reason too.
Pros
Small, clean, easily implemented and integrates well with our tool stack. It's pretty much everything we could as for from a tool like this and includes use auditing and recordings to meet any compliance requirements we've encountered.
Cons
Very little. The only real challenges we have are deployment and required end user actions for environments where it is not deployed. Honestly I don't know what they could even do about that as it's neither a deployment tool itself nor can they circumvent browser and OS security to be able to eliminate the necessity or end user actions in certain circumstances.
