They charge users for HD pictures if you want to download them. The images posted online are so blurry sometimes I cannot see my child clearly. There is limited customization for pictures so sometimes viewing them is not easy too.

I like that it's very user friendly and intuitive.

When you scroll down on the feed it would be great to list the names (dates) of the reports versus the actual reports. Like sharing a list of names and when you click on it it expands to details. This way it would be easier to find a report you're looking for quickly and I believe it's a better user experience.

Its convenient interface. It reads like social media where you scroll through your child's activities for the day. You can also go back and see their history conveniently. I also like that you can message the educators on their directly.

The interface could be a bit more aesthetic.

As a parent, it is simple to keep tabs on my child's progress in this app as his teacher updates his feed with pictures and progress reports. The messaging feature gives me quick access to his teacher and to the preschool director.

I have no major criticisms of the Lillio app.

It's great for quick check on my kids in daycare and messaging all teachers and the supervisor. Also, it has profile for each kid that I can switch between them.

for some reason it stopped giving me notifications and I have to refresh the app every time to see if there is any update on food, etc.
Also, the food options are just none, some, most and all, which makes it hard to track how much exactly they ate.

Brilliant app. I no longer worry about how is my kid doing at the daycare, because thanks to Lillio the daycare sent me pictures in real time of how fun my kid is having. Communication between us, the parents, and the daycare, is at the top thanks to Lillio.

I like everything about Lillio. Easy to use, and user-friendly.

I loved knowing about my child’s day and detailed information. I liked the check in and out process and the easy communication and use. I highly suggest himama to all daycares as it eases a lot of worries for parents.

I wish it had a timed time that reports would go out. Some days I’d wait and get my daughters report at 10pm because the provider forgot to release it.

The thing I liked most about HiMama was how easy it was to communicate with the educators.

The only thing I didn’t like about HiMama was that I couldn’t save my login information for some reason. So I had to manually login each time.

I love that it keeps me updated with what my daughter is doing daily at daycare - including what she eats, how much she eats, diaper changes, and activities that they do.

I would like if the time stamps stayed on posts and pictures.

The cons are sometimes it's hard to navigate app and sometimes it miss spells people's names

The interface is user-friendly and the customizable project templates save me a ton of time.

I wish there were more advanced reporting features to track team productivity and project performance.

The direction of the idea is great and it will help a lot in school mangement as it is improved, world class customer support system, coverage and payment systems were applauded
