Todoist is great for compartmentalizing. I love how you can schedule things to remind you on different frequencies. I can have daily, weekly, and monthly reminders, and it keeps me on task when I forget what I am supposed to do!

I also love the visual. They've just added a calendar visual for those who like to see the actual days and weeks. But I love the board view. I've actually planned events using this view.

I wish I could edit a bit more in detail when it comes to background designs, reverse colors or different color schemes to make it more personalized.

I like that it's easy to use. Adding tasks and deadlines is super easy. I use it daily to keep my copywriting projects organized.

It's missing some features in the free version. Sharing projects with clients is not easy.

Todoist has consistent and polished UI across various platforms, making it simple to use and navigate. The keyboard shortcuts are amazing, allowing me to manage everything without a mouse. I like its simplicity for effectively tracking tasks and staying organized.

Todoist lacks some key features like a built-in Pomodoro timer, habit tracker, Eisenhower matrix, and better calendar support. Additionally, the pricing is a bit expensive for the features provided.

Honestly there’s no cons. Maybe adding more fun colors into the app would be fun!

Can be less effective for collaborative projects

The feature I like most about Todoist is that we can put widgets on front screen of our devices and the todo list just gets populated as the team puts activities. We can also choose the subset of whole team whom the activities should go through which is a very practical feature. Another thing I like about Todoist is how efficent it is and how less resources it takes. It doesn't eat much RAM or processor.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Todoist. Its an amazing tool.

What I like the most about ToDoist. The platform really enables users to build organized task list, even planning small or large scale projects, also assignments of any kind. ToDoist is a very good way to stay organized if busy each day. Business or even Personal task can be managed with ToDist.

I don't have a least feature to share regarding the cons of ToDoist. Other than that the more favorable features are at an additional charge. If a user wants to utilize them within the applications platform.

Some of the functionalities are hidden behind menus that are not easy to locate initially.

It easily keeps track of my tasks, reminders, backlog and more for personal and professional goals, general tasks, and habits. The natural language detection is pretty good and helps with scheduling things on the fly without needing to open menus, just type.

Tasks can sometimes get lost if you aren't diligent in looking at your lists or without setting a due date. Other than that, I wish the time blocking feature was a bit more robust.

The best product I have come across in this category. It offers task management, to-do listing, and reminder setting. Its user-interface is quite interactive, and is super-easy to navigate. Besides these, it also ensures data secrecy and privacy. Customer support is also quick and quite helpful.

The software could be provided with better integration with other tools. Also, the product is a bit costly. Otherwise, it is a great and useful product.

The task and project management features I use more often, and I like them the most.

Todoist should have more customizable widgets. Like putting everything—tasks, project management, and calendars—in one widget.

Sometimes, the most brilliant ideas crosses our minds when we least expect it. Unless recorded instantly, most of this ideas varnish and never come back. This software has changed the game for me. I easily keep record of my plans and schedule. It is easy to retrieve from the list anytime. I have also set reminders for the most crucial tasks giving me punctuality. The best part is that it is quite easy to customize this software making it quite relatable.

None in my experience. I appreciate every step of my journey with Todoist.
