Bluebeam has better features and is easier to use than Adobe. The cost is much less when you consider payments are not indefinite.

Nothing bad to report. Bluebeam is far superior to Adobe. So far we have not found any flaws in the software.

They really assisted me in launching and integration of this software. My emails were replied on time and in the most respectful manner. With such assistance from the customer support team, I find nothing hard. All the challenges are well addressed.

What I like most about Bluebeam Revu is its in depth capability for project review. Software complements well for horizontal construction plans with options for markups and collaboration. Also, allows for PDF conversion for drawings.

Least likeable feature is the limited technical support and customer support if there is a software issue. It may take some time to resolve the issue before it is up and running again. Also, opening / printing files may take some time.

Quick measurements on PDF drawings, available tools are robust and haven't been missing anything I need. The prebuilt scales are ample. Drawing overlay feature is very helpful in comparing revision drawings.

Steep learning curve to get started, fortunately there are some BB University courses to get the ball rolling.

I like that you can complete take-offs and mark-ups in real time.

The ease of sending invitations to new users and being able to easily switch users Bluebeam Revu to a new computer.

The ability to track changes to any document.

That others do not know its full potential in design reviews and across the construction industry.

I like the PDF editing feature and the way you can insert and extract pages.

The search feature can be overwhelming. I think that can be made more simple.

The take off function and ability to add comments was extremely useful

The licensing expired on Mac, so new employees are unable to use the software which is a huge issue as we had three members of the commercial department using Bluebeam and we had to change when another three employees joined the team as we can't collaborate unless all on same software.

Bluebeam is super easy, user friendly. As our part designs change, therefore requiring print changes, we have the capability to use the tools offered in Bluebeam to markup changes, highlight, and add text explaining revisions so everyone is on the same page as to what/why a change occurred and if it effects fit, form or function.

No dislikes, really. We recently upgraded our SolidWorks® and am finding that Bluebeam will not be connecting/compatible with SolidWorks® any longer. That is not horrible as we can save prints other ways and still read them in Bluebeam Revu.

it was easy to use, all information could be saved on to desktop. Amazing features to make take off process much smoother

it is not compatible with Mac. we were old it was going to be cloud based 2 years ago so that Mac users can use the software but never happened

It’s an excellent software for so many varying uses! I mainly use it to edit documents.

It needs a large monitor as the tools take up a lot of room on the screen ideally.

Bluebeam is a great software necessity, It helped me get organized and was easy to operate

Bluebeam's take off functions were basic but efficient. It allowed me to get through the jobs easily.

Performance can be affected when working with large PDF documents or files with complex markups.

I have used this for years and it the easiest program to learn.

Sometimes it is wants freeze up. You have to restart.

Bluebeam Revu is full of engineering functions and features, best for reading PDF drawings.

Bluebeam Revu is costly and complicated for basic users.

Great when using on the go at different sites

what i like most is the ease of editing documents and all the different features it offers. mind you i have not used them all but the option is there. and interested in learning more of the features i do not use.

I loved being able to learn the ins and out of this software, however it was not was easy for me. Helping a local construction company use this software to put their PDFs together and help create new blueprints. User friendly on an advanced design level.

The mark ups took some getting used to but once I understood the concept it wasn’t that hard

This app is a lifesaver, it helps us making take-off from PDF plans that cannot be converted to AutoCAD or any DWG software and making estimates for those plans. It is easy to use, cheap and helps you in the right direction. It saves time because in the past we had to redraw those plans in AutoCAD to make take-off.

This application saves us many times, so I don't have any problem with this software.

We can easily convert excel and word files to PDF. And also, we can merge several pdf files into one file by this software. This function is very helpful for us.

Edit function is not user-friendly. We can edit a text by using this software, but it is not userfriendly. Some practice is required to edit something smoothly.
