Pros
Account Health score by Kapta has helped us retain customers more than once and has helped us financially. Account plan progress has been an ease with seamless 3rd Party integration service they provide.
Cons
It's not really helpful if every doubt needs to be resolved by support team instead it would be advisable to improve help document.
