Pros

I love the customer support expresspigeon provides because it was definitely something lacking in our last email provider. UI is also super easy!

Cons

I wish there was an automation suite similar to HubSpot. But without an extra price tag. Can survive without for now to not have to pay higher prices.

It allows customers to sign up for my newsletter quickly and easily.

Pros

It is easy to use. It has good instructions for how to work with it. It is designed for customers to add their information easily.

Cons

They made a change to the email address that I use to connect to my campaigns. I had to set up an account with Google Suites and pay for a new address connected to my website. It hasn't worked yet, some issue with Google. I do understand why they made the change but it has been difficult for me.
