I do not like that you do not get receipts for cash purchases at the door. I also dislike that we are charged to change the structure of the seating map as well. We also have a lot of issues with calls being dropped by clients that are under the impression they have already purchased tickets.
Informative training for all involved to help set us up. Very easy to use and manageable. Keeps everything organized such as ticket sales, marketing, and reporting. The mobile app is great. Customer service is very helpful and supportive of our event needs.
The wait period of 90 days from event completion to receive final sales revenues. Other than that no complaints.
This Company is absolutely Horrible! They have no integrity and will LIE and TAKE your money! They change the FEE's last minute, they Lie, they hang up on you. They are no good!
