Its simple, features are not many but completely sufficient for planning adding the simplicity and being handy to use

I would maybe expect an app for such program and better connection with toggle track as your company names are almost same... would be great at least at a level of asanas integration of toggle track.... and better up and down with asana as now communication is just one way from asana to toggle plan

It's fairly easy to use and keep track of several projects I work on during the day. Also the reports are nice.

Sometimes parts of the screen are hard to see and it seems a bit flaky or buggy. I sometimes need to click a few times to get my entry to take.

I was looking for similar product for a while. It's easy to use, has all the features I need and, of course, looks great.

I havent't tested it that much. But I also use Toggl timer, and if I could merge the info on both of them it would be great! Now I just have to put projects in both of these apps and use one for tracking time we work on a project, and other for planning our workloads.

It is easy to work with and plan the animation film production for my students

Printing should be MUCH better. It makes all sense to print the plan in a full row.
My students usually tries to get to toggle platform, which is another thing. Toggle Plan is not a nice name.

Awesome time tracker for someone working on one project or various projects for multiple clients.

Can take a little bit to get used to. Hard to split up times/projects.

I really like using Toggl to track projects for specific clients or to track the course of a specific project so I can identify trends and how long it takes me to do certain things.

I can't think of anything aside from how easy it is to accidentally keep the time tracker going. I wish it was better on mobile.

It combines a lot of great and easy features to use in a clean view.

I miss a MS Project integration (import/export feature)

I found it really easy to add in tasks and group them. I like the board and timeline views. I like the categories (not started, in progress, etc.). Also, the email reminders were helpful.

Nothing significant, yet. I wish moving a task to In Progress automatically set a blank start date to "now", so I'd see it in my timeline. Also had trouble finding the setting to change timeline granularity, at first.

Everyone can switch to either long or short term planning. Also it has integration with Basecam and Trello, which is nice.

I didn't like it's lack of advanced functionalities and it's not really suited for managing bigger projects.

Very straight forward, easy to use system. Love the integration with other apps and makes everything very easy to manage as a team. Fairly priced compared to other competitors out there (but also feels like you get what you pay for).

It does feel like there are some features missing to make this a solid project management tool. Also, too much room for human error (we have accidentally had people delete entire boards) so it would be useful to have a version history to go back in case of such things.

Ease of use, look and feel of the product and the functionalities available, makes this product value for money. The timeline view is super impressive and it really helps me get a real time view on what each one of my team is working on.

My review will be highly incomplete without mentioning the quick support I got from the Helpdesk team especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They were prompt with their responses and went to the bottom of issues to help me resolve them.

I won't say that I have any least favorite features. I would rather mention that ones that would be a good to have.

Would like to see the Board view live which is being tested at the moment. It would be highly helpful to add reminder emails for set tasks and not all. Would be good to be able to add dependencies on items and also be able to assign more than one person for the same task.

This changed my process forever. I'm so much more efficient.

Sometimes I realize I'm wasting time on things I like doing.

It was nice that I was able to track time of all my different projects. I have been using this to track how much time I was working on each project. And was happy that I was able to do so. Also it is nice that I can see a whole history of time tracked

APP could be better. I had trouble finding all functionalities on app that are on the web. Gganted I was using it before their newest app version

Toggl is an amazing program for time tracking. As a freelancer, I often need to track my time on individual tasks and projects. Toggl was a great choice for me personally. I love the ability to add multiple projects (clients) as well as subtasks to track. Using Toggl has made it so much easier to have an accurate representation of how much time it actually takes for each project.

Like any time-tracking device, it is easy to forget to turn off the timer when you've finished a task. With the desktop app, I've found it easier to monitor when the app is tracking as opposed to using the browser version.

How easy it is to quickly review where each team member is, with a high level view of what they are working on.

There are times when I will click, my view will change form seeing the team to seeing a single individual and I've not figured out how to easily get back to seeing the team view.

After 2 years of searching not affortible software we found Toggle plan, finally some affortable and easy to use software.

We use this software on a big screen, that needs to be updated every once in a while. Meaning i have to refresh te page every time. We would like to see a function for big screen mode's. That is something we never found in software. We would love to see that you can work on your pc and it updates the big screen.

It’s so easy to use. Literally press the start and stop button when you start and finish what you’re doing. Even when you forget, it’s prompts you. And if you remember later, you can also edit the entries or post one belatedly.

The prompts while useful can become annoying when you use the computer for non-work related matters too.

1.can't bring your plans with you (no app that can syn with the calendar, neither an optimized webpage to check to-dos on cellphone)
2. no good options to create an operation or a repeative activity
3. not easy to prioritize tasks by dragging them up and down in the timeline.

Toggl Plan is quick and easy to learn and to use and it gives a clear and visually pleasing overview of progress on a project.

There are still some bugs that need to be sorted out: the weekly progress email, for example, does not yet correctly reflect the tasks that has been marked as done.

Easy, no-nonsense planning tool. Great customer service, very open to suggestions.

There was an update a number of people didn't like, but after contacting customer service, they listened and changed it.
