Navigating different features can be difficult due to glitches and inability to make all changes requested in software in order to meet needs. Roll out of changes can be on an unexpected timeline.

EHRYW support has been very helpful for every situation that has come up. Our counseling agency is quite complex, so there are very specific needs we have (i.e. documenting scholarship sessions, billing different types of services through insurance and self-pay, tracking employment data like licensure and liability insurance). While there have been some challenges, EHRYW has made attempts to meet our needs and followed through with meetings and support.

A positive can sometimes be a con as well. With EHRYW, we are able to build forms, reports, etc. to our exact needs; however, this means that sometimes the rules that are created to help make these forms work do not always work properly. There are some functions that are not available. But, overall, they are able to make everything that we need and help us with the process.

EHR YOUR WAY has saved us a ton of time and money by being such an efficient and seamless system!

EHR YOUR WAY did take a bit to get set up but is now ready and rolling!

Completely customizable, user friendly, and the staff and developers are very informative and willing to meet with you to teach you more about what is available.

as an administrator, I am not always in the EHR system throughout the day and I sometimes forget that I have submitted a ticket for something to be changed and it doesn't email me, but then I remember and log into the system to see that there were further questions before they could make the changes I requested. I would like them to email or call me to finalize my IT ticket.

Well it simplifies the process of filling out the documents.

For the most part it serves its purpose well. There are some features that I can do without. When the document is been sent in for review it can't be altered. you have to wait for the reviewer to send it back to you and then you can alter it. also it would be nice to have a future submission tray so that catching up is possible.

There might be some redundancy of information that could be more streamlined.

EHR is very effective and easy to use. All of the sections link directly to what we need them for. One document will automatically sync to the other when information is transmittable. When we need a document updated EHR is quick to fix the document that it pertains to. I solely use EHR when it comes to any clinical interaction with clients.

There is not much I do not like about EHR. Every so often a ticket has to be submitted for a document to be corrected. But these situations are handled promptly.

EHR is very user friendly, efficient, easily able to modify to meet our needs. EHR support is quick to respond to any changes that need to be made

The system was great, very easily tailored to your individual company's needs. [sensitive content hidden] was very accessible and helpful. I used it to write 10+ notes per day, and dozens of other employees used it the same way.

it took some time and some experience using it before we could figure out how to customize it--for example, which items should be required, which items should be drop down menu vs not, in what order should we put different sections, etc. But this is not anything the system could improve--it just takes some time to figure out your preferences.

This EHR system is efficient and easy to navigate, which makes documentation and notes much less stressful. I like the features it offers for things like treatment plans and intake forms and I appreciate the reminders it offers for deadlines since this is something I often rely on.

I wish the portal for patients was more user friendly as some patients have trouble navigating this depending on the device they use to access it.

EHR is user friendly and does not take a rocket scientist to navigate through the EHR.

There isnt anything negative about EHR.

The system is easy to teach to new users. It is fairly intuitive and navigation throughout the system is easy. There are not a lot of unwanted extras, as you can customize the system to your particular needs. Customer service is quick and responsive.

Making administrative changes to the system can sometimes be a slow process. But once the needs are understood and can be implemented, it does go better.
