Pros
We use this for quick "pulse" type surveys, as well as our annual overall employee satisfaction survey. It's been great for this purpose, and the reporting/drilling-down is just what we need.
We've even done simple surveys like what kind of food/lunches people like, or SWAG. I like that you can upload photos/graphics to the answer set to make the survey more appealing.

Pros
Great spam prevention tools, customizable question types, and logic options. This is a full-service survey tool and has been excellent for our nonprofit. We appreciate the free nonprofit license.
Cons
No major cons - we don't use all of the functionality and customizability, and we like that we don't need to.

Very bad. I compare it with Qualtrics that I was using for 8 years and I can definitely tell it's way below when it comes to reliability, overall efficiency and user experience.
Whenever I try to work on QuestionPro, I never know if I'm able to login, if the system doesn't crash or if respondents are able to fill in the study.
I submit requests to client support at least a couple of times per month.
Pros
Nothing - while the product has a lot of potential (I can see lots of smart solutions and ideas), the low stability, low efficiency, and countless bugs kill it all.
Cons
Very low efficiency, very low reliability, many bugs. I've been using QuestionPro for 9 months now and I can count many issues: not possible to login, not possible to upload databases, bugs not allowing respondents to close the study, the system does not allow to perform multiple tasks at once. I could count more and more... Definitely, it is not a system for professionals.

My overall experience has been wonderful! I am able to easily create and send monthly newsletters for our organization allowing our members to stay up to date on all the important information.
Pros
QuestionPro is amazing! It has a variety of features to build very professional newsletters! This most recent update has made it a lot easier to drag and drop blocks too.
Cons
Since the recent update, I have not had any issues.
The only thing I wish was easier is deleting sections. If there is a way to select multiple blocks/sections and delete them all at once, that would be very helpful. And if that is already a thing, then I just haven't found it yet.

My overall experience with QuestionPro has been great. I have recommended the platform to various companies and not-profits that have also in turn started using it.
Pros
QuestionPro is a great tool. I use it nearly daily to keep abreast on our members thoughts and needs. It is easy to set up, track, and read the results. The results can also easily be imported in stat software, so transitioning to SPSS is a breeze.
Cons
Would like to be able to print just the questions and responses to make it easier for Client survey approval.

QuestionPro has been a great software to use as a nonprofit. It has most all of the same features as other paid survey software.
Cons
QuestionPro offers a lot of variety in the type of questions that can created, but there have been a few instances where the ideal type was not available and we had to opt for an alternative type.

We use QuestionPro to send post-class surveys to participants. It has made the organization of feedback incredibly easy and therefore actionable. While Google Surveys is free, it doesn't have the functionality/scalability of QuestionPro.
Pros
We really enjoy that QuestionPro is a one-stop shop for all our surveying needs. Everything gets fed into one system rather than dozens of individual Google Surveys.
Cons
Being more robust than Google Surveys, there is a learning curve with QuestionPro. Depending on the user, it might take you a couple hours to get fully comfortable with the software.

Pros
We appreciate the types of customizable questions and the data the platform can give us about our patrons. There is no limit with the amount of surveys you can send and have active at a time. As a nonprofit, we appreciate how QuestionPro is willing to work with us and provide us the data we need.
Cons
While the appearance is mostly straightforward forward, and we appreciate the customizable questions, there are some instances in which we wish we could change the aesthetic to align more closely with our brand.

Nothing - it's my favorite software we interact with... The ONLY way it could be easier is if it entered the data we use it to gather into my internal dashboard for me!

Best Software for Our Non-Profit

Pros
Easy to use on both sides—survey creation and for survey participants. Customer service seems to always be available by chat and very helpful. We are a non-profit organization and data collection is of utmost importance. QuestionPro was a perfect fit for our needs and organizes the data in an easy to read and easy to use format.
Cons
Some of the functions are more advanced for our needs (which are basic), so we had a little difficulty the first time we created a survey. However, customer service was always available to walk us through it and now we are able to use the functions to our advantage.

Confidentiality was easy a high factor in selecting this product since our population taking the survey was uneasy with something they felt wasn’t going to be truly anonymous. We had formerly used common products in the past (google, survey monkey) and our response rates were declining rapidly. Our experience with QuestionPro has been extremely positive. Surveys and community information are critical parts of our organizational mission. QuestionPro has allowed us to gather important data to analyze programs as well as serving as a robust program engagement platform.
Pros
This is a great tool that offers a wide variety of tactics and flexibility to structure your surveys so that it can be used throughout your organization---across every department. Additionally, the analytics are extremely helpful.
Cons

Pros
QuestionPro makes it easy to build robust surveys that allow us to accurately evaluate our programs. It's much easier to set up logic on this platform than others that we have used, and reviewing results is so much simpler. It lets us get to the point quickly and easily without having to spend a bunch of time constructing our surveys.
Cons

Using QuestionPro saves us money over using more expensive event management tools. We use meeting registration surveys for our event registrations. We can then use the data responses to export attendee lists to create name tags with mailmerge in Word. We then can follow-up with post-event surveys, as well as annual planning surveys to help us plan our programs.
Pros
I like how QuestionPro allows you to customize its forms and surveys. Our volunteer-led professional organization uses it for meeting registrations and post-event surveys. It allows us to include our logo, and with the skip-logic, we can customize a registration form based on how people answer, so members can enter their member number and non-members won't see that option. We can also customize what happens when the form is complete, such as sending people to our PayPal page to pay for their meeting registration. While it's not integrated with PayPal, it may appear that way to our users so we can collect payment right after they register for an event. QuestionPro support has also been extremely helpful and responds quickly to questions on our account.
Cons
While QuestionPro is not a comprehensive solution to event management (and doesn't claim to be), the product works well for our organization. It took a little getting used to with all the functions and options available, but not much to complain about overall.

Intuitive and user-friendly, especially if your organization is composed of non-technical employees. We especially love that we can customize our surveys and generate reports. QuestionPro has great customer service -- their team has always been immediately responsive, we feel very supported.

QP has been a critical tool for our nonprofit to measure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. The question types help us refine our questions to get just the data we need. The report helps us know where we are succeeding and where we need to put more effort to become a better organization.
Cons
Having to renew the annual subscription after completing all the requirements for a nonprofit license. Would be great if the subscription was for more than 1 year.

QuestionPro is very easy to create surveys and connect with our consumers. This allows us to direct our survey's to certain populations of our consumers in a way to help develop services, offer services etc.
