We love the assured delivery and quality of the service! Their customer support is also always prompt, patient, and helpful.

Cons

Camera views to students may lag sometimes, but the audio remains smooth throughout. But there could be other issues with users' internet connection speed too.

This is a fantastic webinar tool. I am never disappointed. This is my sleeper tool. Hardly anyone knows them. They are more focused on the Enterprise space, but are affordable enough to be used by businesses like ours.

Pros

Stable. Very easy to set up. Rapid and helpful support. Tons of features - so many it was overwhelming at first. Very polished, it makes us look professional. Automations and SMS are very useful. Always improving it.

Cons

Two years ago there were some UX niggles that have since been fixed. They improve this tool regularly. Attendees with poor internet connectivity often have bad experiences, but that's the breaks.

Bigmarker always blames it on host connection to explain the issues that many people are experiencing using their platform. However all of us never experience this kind of problem on zoom.

Pros

Lots of features to support hosting a webinar, nice landing pages that are easy to create

Cons

Unfortunately can't trust to host live events on bigmarker as there are always connection issues that we don't have on zoom. It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

Killer app.

I used to stream my webinars with Dacast but the bandwidth and viewing hours limitations and the...

I used to stream my webinars with Dacast but the bandwidth and viewing hours limitations and the high prices were killing me. And I the same time was using Zoom just to stream to facebook live. And when I found BigMarker I was able to cancel both services. BigMarker is whole lot cheaper and is giving unlimited bandwidth (that alone is game changer) and much more. So I'm saving a lot money and I'm getting a better and unique service.

Pros

No installation required. Lots of marketing features (was made for marketers). Amazing customer service. Easy landing pages and instant emails reminders. Lot of customizations. Support for dozens of languages. The video stream is crisp & smooth. Love the feature that allows me to stream to Facebook. Webinar is allow to be embedded on your own site. The webinar serie is a killer feature. The UI is very easy to use. BigMarker integrates with at lot of applications.

Cons

I haven`t found any features that I didn`t like yet.

Dacast, Zoho Meeting, Zoom Workplace, ClickMeeting and Fuze

Reasons for Choosing BigMarker

The other platforms (Dacast and Zoom) didn't offer me all the features that BigMarker is giving me plus I`m getting constants updates and new monthly features. Beside BigMarker is way cheaper.

Reasons for Switching to BigMarker

The superb customer service and all the rich features that are added every single month. And best of all that it CEO and founder Zhu-Song Mei listen to the public and then act upon. I can't live without BigMarker!!!

Clients love the experience. Very user friendly. I LOVE it! I've tried a lot of webinar tools (including Zoom webinars) and BigMarker is just a better experience and built for marketing and sales.

Pros

Powerful leadgen and sales features built directly into the webinar suite

Cons

There are a lot of options to customize, so sometimes it feels slightly overwhelming. But, once you have "template" webinars set up, they are easy to duplicate so you never have to worry about the settings again.

Reasons for Choosing BigMarker

Zoom wasn't built for marketing or sales. Registration is clunky in Zoom Webinars. Chat is clunky in Zoom. Questions are clunky in Zoom. In case it's not clear, I did not like Zoom webinars. And, there's no feature set in zoom to make leadgen and sales smooth and easy. BigMarker on the other hand feels like it is built for that.

I have seen the vision directly from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and that is one of the reason and shelled out my money on the product a couple of years ago for the crazy good features at that point of time but now, the kind of amazing updates it has offers is next to none and the stability even without any software to download is excellent.

Cons

Pretty exhaustive set of features which might be an overkill for some.

Webinars and so much more

Pros

I have used many of the major platforms (WebEx, GoToMeeting/Webinar, Adobe) and many small ones (AnyMeeting and others) for corporate training, consulting meetings, client showcases, and coaching sessions. I was loving Zoom for the recording meeting and breakout functionality, then started using BigMarker as a webinar platform. Quickly I realized the platform could work for my online meetings, video conferences, webinars, leader-led training and so much more as well. BigMarker has replaced at least three other tools I was using, and saved me money in the long run.
Also, they just keep developing and providing more value! I'm amazed at all of the new features and functionality that keeps coming out. Moving to BigMarker is one of the best business decisions I've ever made.

Cons

There is so much to discover that it took me just a bit to get my head around it and start using it. I'm still not sure I've tapped in to all of the functionality. The support team and documents have helped me through though.

Easy to switch between shared screen, PDF, video, Webcam while casting.
Provides marketing features presenter dashboard.
Supports Zapier integration to automate my landbot-ConvertKit-BigMarker-SMS automation.
Good video quality with recording for attendees.
Good customer support via Intercom chat supports.

Cons

Miss-spelled auto translating language customization for landing page.
Not supports language customization for admin panel.

Overall we have a great experience using bigmarker and use it for all our digital meetings as well as for webinars. It is a great, feature rich platform and the team never disapoints and keeps on improving at great speed. So over time bigmarker is getting better and better and we enjoy using it more and more.

Pros

Bigmarker is great. Most I like that it is completely customizable. The settings for a webinar are amazing. Everything can be as you want it to be. Also the feature richness of Bigmarker is a huge advantage. No extra tools for polls, questionaires, evergreen webinars, whiteboard, digital meeting rooms, etc.
Especially the ability to send an offer pop up or slide in to your viewers is genius. Even more so for a prerecorded webinar. It can be basically your 24/7 live sales webinar and at the end they get directly an offer presented. This really increases conversions for us.

Cons

Sometimes it lags a bit and it is not as fluent as zoom. I just sometimes wish it would be as smooth as zoom, which it is not.
Also it has a learning curve. The advantage of having everything as you like also means you need to take the time to set up everything and learn once how bigmarker works. But once you did this and created some templates, it makes it quite easy. If you want something fast, where you do not need to know what you are actually working with, bigmarker is not for you.

Webinar software that revolutionised our business

Pros

There are lots of free software for virtual meetings, but when lockdown first hit, we wanted to run a webinar everyweek (for 50-100 people) and also use the same software for 1-day training courses and our annual conference.
I did a lot of research on YouTube reviews about alternative solutions. At that time (March 2020) I had not heard about BigMarker, however it had great reviews.
We started with a demo, the the cheapest package up to 100 registered users and 4 hour long webinars.
Immediately we loved the ease of use, and huge range of options to create and run the webinars, especially the ability to see your preloaded slides and the audience chat at the same time.

Once we built ip the number of attendees and started using it for training we upgraded to the next package.

The best part of the software is all the marketing features, with simple invite emails and automated reminders.
Because we were advertising the webinars elsewhere we quickly grew our list and the Big Marker weekly email became our best recruitment tool.
We also extensively used the polls and offers, and have used that to drive signup of our training academy and for lead generation.
The downloadable data files have also proved very useful and I am currently writing a blog on the anicca.co uk site about what we have learned.

There are some automation features that we have not used yet, and it can also integrate with a lot of other products.

Cons

The only annoying issue is that I have to upload lists from individual webinars back up to the top level, before sending a new invite. We get about 20- 40 registrations from new users each week, so it would be helpful that these were automatically added to a list.
Similarly I would like to see a consolidated list of users and what they registered and attended. I had to manually combine data from 40 spreadsheets to get the overall picture.

Pros

BigMarker is a perfect platform for those interested in having a swiss army knife-style service, capable of hosting quick meetings, evergreen webinars, o-learning events, etc. It feels like a big league, yet it is accessible to smaller organizations. The developers have created amazing features to suit every level of business. I highly recommend this platform for those looking for serious solutions to online sales and training purposes. You can create recurring events, on-demand, live stream, and quick informal meetings. The Support team is extremely helpful.

Cons

It can take a bit of time to get everything set up and fine-tuned, because there is so much available to use in creating a professional experience. However, this is not really a con for those who really want a quality presentation platform with all the bells and whistles. Once you have your ideal setups in place, you can duplicate templates to edit new versions.

It is one of the most important tools in my work (e-learning). I run many webinars both to teach and to promote my services. I can always count on BigMarker to help me deliver my message to the audience.

Pros

I've tried a lot of webinar software and Bigmarker is ultimately the one I've stuck with since 2018 because it is reliable, beautiful and so easy to use!

Cons

I can't really think of anything to complain about because whenever there were hiccups along the way, the support had always been very helpful and deployed fixes in a timely manner.

BigMarker has been a solid platform for us to use to run our client and sales webinars to boost interaction with attendees and also convert more sales with several features that can assist with that.

Pros

We moved away from one of the bigger webinar platforms due to the lack of flexibility with presenting sales offers. After moving to BigMarker, not only are we able to present nice pop-up offers, which was a game changer compared to just a boring link in a comments box with a competitor, but so many more features were helpful too, including polls, questions, drawing, ease of switching screens, customising pages, including where attendees go after the webinar finishes. These little touches make a big difference to engage and convert leads.

Cons

You definitely need a good internet connection. I have run a few webinars were I get prompted that the connection is not stable enough, but that could be due to my own internet. Also, you need to save presentations as a PDF and upload instead of presenting a slide deck from your computer. You get used to that, but something to be mindful of.

Pros

I've had and used BigMarker for over 4 years now, and have used it for video meetings, conducting webinars and training and using some of the recorded sessions for virtual conferences. Initial setup was easy and easy to setup and use it for recurring events. I like the customization options, and features like MeetingSpace that I can use for instant meetings with anyone by just sharing a link.

Cons

No cons at this time since I have been a long term user. When I started using it 4 years ago, it had a small learning curve for attendees, but that has been improved and people new to BigMarker can easily join and participate.

We have been using BigMarker since the closure of in-person events due to a possible outbreak of COVID, and it has been a reliable and effective solution to provide quality service to our online live event participants in just about any browser-enabled environment.

Pros

Bigmarker is a virtual event platform that allows you to create a detailed agenda, organize the event, send out invites and share documents all in one place. This service has pretty much everything that we need for our events and it offers a ton of cool features that help us get the job done. The thing I like the most is how the service itself is so easy to use, but at the same time it offers a ton of features that we can take advantage of to make our virtual events more fun.

Cons

The lack of a desktop app or software like Zoom, Teams, or Bluejeans because this is browser-only solution

Bigmarker is a great, powerful, feature-rich tool that is a must for a professional online presence. I'm happy to be using it and will recommend it to others with no hesitation.

Pros

There are different types of webinars, including on-demand, evergreen, series, live, automated and 24-7. The options are awesome for creating different types of events for different needs and great for repurposing events to keep engaging audiences.

Cons

Because Bigmarker is so powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming and has a bit of a learning curve.
It would be good to have an "easier" mode. Maybe turn on a "basic" mode with the basic features required for people to just quickly dive in to start a webinar and to fine-tune features if required by switching back to an advanced mode.
It would be nice to have more popup info tips that show when you hover over a feature. This would be helpful just when selecting which type of webinar to run, instead of needing to click into each to read the longer description.
Would also be good to have a "save" button when creating a webinar. For example for on-demand webinars, one can return later to upload video.
Have a quick recording mode to record the camera/screen/slide for creating on-demand webinars.

I also use it for one to one meetings/coaching sessions that are recorded for the student to rewatch privately. The ease in changing cameras, screen sharing and drawing, plus playing videos is great. Adding handouts is a no brainer with reporting on how many download these a great resource.
The support from the principal of this platform who personally contacted me to ensure I had it setup correctly at a particularly personal and stressful time was humbling. Above and beyond service at that time.

Cons

COVID I'm sure has impacted some of their support. Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

I like the ease of use and simplicity of BIgmarker, and that it is trustworthy

Cons

sometimes the sheer volume of features makes it difficult to master all that it can do

Pros

Big Marker is great for events that require multiple roles of users, seamless audience experience and a need for high impact. The software provides the host with the control needed to ensure the event goes smoothly. The registration process, landing pages and post webinar reports are invaluable. This is not videoconferencing software. It's so much more. Ideal for small organizations wanting a professional look with the price.

Cons

There are so many options that sometimes you miss a good feature!

Best automated webinar & marketing focused webinar software

Pros

I've used so many tools like Webinar Jam, Zoom, Gmeet among many others. This is by far the best tool i've used for automated webinar, meeting rooms, live webinar and that allows you to create a landing page, capture payments, save them into my email marketing platform.

Cons

There is nothing as such, the support is great which matters a lot as a lot of times companies have slow support but Bigmarker is a great one
