Creating work orders with having all the fields popping up ready to be filled out.

Understanding the charts and breaking down of work orders according to which department you work.

Working with customer service is 1 of the best parts about this service. Not only using all the different parts of this software, the customer service is awesome. When you call the help line you are greeted with it seems like a smile. The help line tech is able to fix 99% of any issue. If they cannot fix it, they get you in touch with the person who can along with keeping you updated with the progress. I have never hesitated to call the help line with any issue. :)

I have been unable to find anything as a con, when it comes to this software.

Nothing really, it’s confusing and not easy to use.

You get 3 emails every work order.

Configurability to what you need. Ability to make changes immediately.

Sometimes users had problems logging in.

It is a straightforward program to use if it is setup correctly.

I changed companies and had to move everything to a new account. Not everything was changed, so it worked like before. When I stated this, it was not addressed.

I like the reports you can generate. Some much data to collect

I can't input my parts list from a CVC file

The ease of going to my projects finding the project number and getting and giving updates on each project in case someone else needs to know about my project.

It categorizes my projects and lets me know when it became a project and when the project ended.

ease of use and user interface make this an excellent tool for both techs and requestors.

The system could use some additional intuitive items and more forward thinking IIOT options

User interface is simplistic.

Not easy to navigate or find backend information. I do not like how work for the day is presented.

All the customizing that you can do with the system. I really like working with implementation crew. For setting up everything. They're super helpful. I'm excited for the future use when our facility opens, and we can start utilizing the program more.

Storage space to add video trainings to the system.

Being able to go and complete all of your tickets in a timely matter.

There is not one thing that i dislike about asset essentials

The initial introduction is definitely a attention getter and enjoyable to work with.

The program seems like it should be capable of so much more, breaking down reports to finer line items as well as more user friendly

The inventory management, GIS implementation of our current data, and work order system for our city has been greatly improved.

It was a little hard at first because of the amount of inventory and work orders, vendors, etc.. to set up.

Real time changes in asset status - inventory is current as one uses this product via scanning equipment

last fixed asset audit - validated equipment was somehow changed during the reconciliation and now most fixed assets are showing as 'in use' in the wrong location

Scheduling future PM's and all work related work order job creation

The use of the calendar function can be corrected for a better read out footprint

I like the ability to build my page the way i want to. Its really convenient to see what is coming up each day and what has been completed. For inventory control i can tell what needs to be ordered for stock

I havent found a way that it will alert me when our parts clerk checks parts into asset with out me actually looking

It is a good way of tracking and back tracking when things were repaired or completed

When someone else declines a job, I can't change it.

It is easy to create work orders. It took me about 1 hour to learn all the basic stuff.

Learning everything in a couple of weeks.

I used this software to create and maintain help desk tickets for technology. It was easy to use and learn.

I had difficult getting a monthly list of tickets that needed to be completed. It was hard to navigate and find.

Easy to submit and view work orders submitted for various tasks. Love the mobile feature.

Too many email updates. Time in the que does not always represent the responsiveness of a need. KPIs could be easier to track. The interface could be simplified.

I like the ese of submitting work orders. The ability to work with other departments using this system.

Not Showing the whole work order you have to open it up to see all info

It is easy enough to use and works most of the time.

It feels very basic at times - maybe could look a bit nicer.

It is very intuitive. The HELP menu is excellent. Tech support is outstanding.

1. I would like to see the ability to look up parts by manufacturer number when adding parts to a work order. On many occasions the technician has to back out of the work order, go to the parts screen to identify the Brightly part number and then reopen the work order to input the part used.

2. I would like the ability to have a column in the parts screen that identified actual physical location of the part. At this time you can only see the location such as Bearing Cabinet. We want to see the Shelf/Row/Bin without having to open the part screen for the part.
