We moved to Celum in less than 4 weeks with no hassle. Its was more or less a copy-process.

It still doesn't support Apple file formats like Pages or Keynote and also not Affinity's Designer, Publisher and Photo, which are the better choice over Adobes Indesign, Photoshop or Illustrator.

My first feature I really like is how easy it is to understand ans use the interface, when I was setting up, it was like a walk in the park, everything is simple and straightforward. Celum helps our organization by keeping our media organized, easily shareable and quickly accesible. We are able to understand how Marketing works including the challenges faced, Celum is helpig our organization address the challenges and by this improving our brand experience. There are lots and lots of features to work with, you will be litterally spoilt for choice, you get value for money. The intergration with other tools is seamless and such a live safer, I get to integrate my calendars and emails and this keeps me on toes for all my projects. Celum has comprehensive and detailed metadata entries.

The pricing is abit on a higher side but with overall perfomance, I would pay for more to use Celum. I love Celum and my whole experince everytime I use the tool

Celum provides an enhanced interface for the Project Management. We can divide the work into different work items and assign them to our team members so that they can bring it to closure. We can track the status of the project on daily basis. Create an dashboard for management view.

There are two limitation which i can recommend if they can include in their upcoming release. Need of Android AppThe Interface gets distorted when we view in smaller resolution.

it has an awesome user interface and it can be easily integrated with other applications.

I didn't notice any disadvantages so far.

One of the negaitve aspects of Celum is that it can be quite costly to upgrade to the higher level plans. Additionally, the customer support could be improved.

- Processing and Downloading various formats for a single source image file is impressive

- All assets scattered in one area
- Sometimes finding an asset could be overwhelming
- Sharing multiple assets should be more easier. Right now we use collections and Pin-Links
- Sometimes the platform becomes slow

User Interface is very good, fast and responsive. It is very secure and robust tool. It is cloud based that saves lots of time in maintaining digital assets, tasks and projects. Easy to create visual annotations and collect feedbacks from clients using this wonderful tool. Easy to track tasks. It helps in improving business productivity, scalability and reliability. Downloading, uploading and sharing assets with this wonderful tool flawlessly. Recommended tool from my side for all types of organisations.

I don't have any negative points with this. It works well for me and our organisation.

With a wide variety of assets, from videos and photos to templates, Celum allows us to have immediate access to our library without any loading time. I am especially fond of their conversion assets feature, easy to use with our non-designer users.

It has lots of features/services that make the interface less intuitive at first glance

A fantastic job is done by Celum in allowing several projects to schedule resources and allowing them to resolve any scheduling conflicts. It's beneficial to keep track of each person's qualifications, and you may submit certificates right to the sheet for tracking.

It needs more optimization to work properly. Sometimes I get bug issue and it gets suddenly closed.

Celum makes it extremely easy to create a centralized digital media library and manage it with great efficiency. The platform has a great user interface and is incredibly intuitive.

I love celum because the interface of this app is designed to be user-friendly, when I first used the app I didn't bother myself with looking for videos to use the app or to understand the concept of the app. The synchronization and the features of the app are very easy to use.

Nothing, in particular, the app is insightful.

I like the uploading of the assets and the how I can share it with other users

Truth be told - I have never experienced any flaw for the past 8 months now, so I term it flawless.
