We find Chevin very responsive when anything needs doing or changing within the software.

Pros

The huge capacity of agent report writer meant that CBVC could use FleetWave to create any number of reports to suit the requirements of individual customers.

The initial development stages was a lengthy process and the user interface could be better, but this has improved
