It has many features integrated on one software

Sometimes it does not work as expected. For example the form feature.

Smartsheet is very helpful when keeping track of sales and production. It is similar to excel, but offers a lot more. I also enjoy that you can use it on a mobile device.

Although I do enjoy the mobile version, it can be difficult to navigate

I like the customizable dashboards that smartsheet has which enable you to monitor and oversee your key metrics in one place. Its robust reporting tools are invaluable in spotting and sorting out critical issues.

Configuring automations for advanced workflows requires high technical knowledge.

Great selection of templates to chose from. Also extremely user friendly layout allow you to create anything from forms to project Gantt charts

To be honest no major problems. Maybe the mobile app could be slightly improved but nothing major

The reporting and analytic tools are basic. The tool doesn't have as much functionality as excel.

The ability to arrange all data neatly is a game changer. Would definitely recommend this.

Filtering for specific items in the list has to be set up by an admin. Ideally filters can be done easier without having up adjust the sheet. However, once it’s set up it works well. Filtering is done in one list (not the same as excel spreadsheet) harder to find what you want to filter

Familiarity to other standard office products such as MS Office, ease of use and adaptability based on our project needs. The overall feel is familiar to most as it uses standard business software looks in many key areas but has a large variety of options to suit your specific needs.

There were some limitations in the spreadsheet look and functionality adjustments.

Fairly intuitive UI and UX. I was brand new to Smartsheet in September 2023 when I joined a department that heavily utilized the tool. I took some of the self-paced trainings (videos) but found that if you are just using it for the basics you can just click around and/or Google your way through the vast majority of it. Overall, I've been a use for 1+ year and like the tool.

I also like that my clients (many of whom do not have a Smartsheet license) can still utilize/access the workspaces I create.

No auto-save?! All the time I add a new row, make updates, etc. and forget to hit the little save button. And it does not save any of the work, it just disappears like I never did it! There is a little banner that pops-up after 10 mins and says something like "It's been 10 minutes since you saved your work" But often the work I'm doing doesn't take a full 10 mins.

This is so annoying and seems like a simple, standard feature. I sincerely hope it's on their road-map as Google Docs has had this capability for years.

Amazing SaaS product for work management and collaboration. It offers a user friendly interface and provides a smooth user experience to the end users. I like the most the versatility of Smartsheet and ability to use their various add-ons for different use cases. Their forms are simple yet powerful, their automated workflows are flawless, and their dashboards are very aesthetically appealing.

As any product has its pros and cons, Smartsheet also has different areas of opportunities. The biggest area of opportunity has been data limitations within the sheets; however, I know they are actively working on this enhancement and are supposed to be rolling it out shortly (I think the second half of 2024).

In smart sheet mostly I like the workflows where I can create alerts to manage my actions without manual effort

While creating new workspace from another workspace the references are referring to the old one where we need to change manually

Syntax for Formulas, Limited widgets and dashboard design

It integrates with other tools easily and the mobile app is accessible on the go. I appreciate its versatility in project management and the workflow automation capabilities.

Reports and dashboards can be a bit of a challenge to set up, but once you get the hang of it becomes easy to work with.

It is over five years now ever since I started using Smartsheet. It help me track and plan projects in one single dashboard.

Up to date I still use Smartsheet and it seldom fail to accomplish my needs.

With Smartsheet, I am able to manage projects and tasks automatically on the go via mobile application.

I have been using it in nearly all agencies that I am currently enrolled and just works fine.

It combines a wide range of features from team collaboration, file sharing to PPM.

I do not come across any challenge when using Smartsheet on my end.
