I engaged them severally on setting up and implementation. They were of much help to me. The dashboard is well organized to accommodate every level of experience. Definitely none. With the great help I get from the support team, I find nothing challenging upto now.

- The customer suppot is good and they work with you
- The customizable approval flows are good, but the oversight nd reporting for those are not easy
- Ability to capture contract metadata information

- It is not configurable - there are a lot of unnecessary fields that cannot be removed
- To "activate" a contract, upload documents, etc. there are a lot of clicks and it is not intuitive for the user
- Reporting and dashboards are always an uphill battle
- Contract metadata information is not conditional (cannot have another question appear if the previous question was answered in a particular way)

A very useful SaaS Baer spend management tool for sourcing activities - offers a lot of functionalities - source to pay, contract management, spend analysis etc.

It takes time to learn the tool and understand all different features.

Fairly easy to do a contract request template and developing a contract for approval.

mapping contract info to the WORD contract. Approvals via email (closer now). Utilizing internal communication without entering into the system. Renewals and reminders process. Other areas with contracts would not easily be able to utilize the contracts section in the system.

Easy to use , The Support team is very helpful and always comes back with answers and solutions

at times the software is down and does not work 100%

The many search filter features are excellent for narrowing down a search for a particular type of contract. You can pull reports & export reports based on a variety of contract specs which is very helpful as well. I also like the status banners that let you know if a contract is expired or its current status.

Steep learning curve, many fields that seem unnecessary (possibly just for our organization). The most difficult thing is customizing this software. Change integrations are difficult and costly to implement.

Product is modular and seems to do everything we require. It also looks easy to use. Pool4Tool was very friendly and knowledgeable.

No issues at this time. Software seem to be very stable.

Jaggaer is difficult to use. And I only use because I have to use it.
