Pros

The team is very responsive. Opteo seems to diagnose all facets of an ad campaign and you can choose which recommendations push through to live. The dashboard is easy to use and not overloaded with too much data to where you cannot focus. Great job on the design. It has saved me hours of work literally. The best subscription I have for my business!!

Cons

The lack of of exporting reports for clients - but I asked the team and guess what it's coming. Honestly I can't think of one yet.

Pros

I’ll start by saying I am not currently using Opteo, but only because our new [sensitive content hidden] prefers to fly solo. My experience with Opteo was great. It’s a very easy to use system with some great features. It doesn’t do anything that can’t be done manually, but it can do it a lot faster, especially if you’re running multiple accounts. I’d like to add that the customer support is next to none. When Covid struck, we were actively using Opteo and they contacted us to offer their service free of charge as a way to support other businesses. I was flabbergasted. In addition, just a few weeks ago I mentioned we would be cancelling due to a new hire who wanted to manually manage the accounts, but I forgot to cancel. The owner reached out to inform me I forgot to cancel and refunded me without me even having to ask. I genuinely don’t see this level of customer service, but it’s amazing to see and experience.

Cons

Genuinely there wasn’t anything negative to report.

If you know what you're doing with Adwords this is a powerful tool.
The data on WHY it makes a recommendation + the video explanation are a great compliment.
Makes it easy to spot insights.
Directly connected to Adwords to make changes at the click of a button.
Smart algorithm and based on best practices.
It works!

Cons

Lack of budget management and pacing features.
Lack of bulk edit ability.
Somewhat complicated UI, it's hard to bounce between client accounts quickly.
Could be too much for inexperienced Adwords users.

Pros

The recommendations and notifications are the best in class. I have tried every tool for Adwords management out there. This is the best I have used. Then you look at the price and you are sold for sure. The competition is easily twice the price. It's a no brainer at that point. It is clean and easy to quickly see how your campaigns are performing.

Cons

Wish they supported other platforms like Linkedin, Facebook and Bing.

Pros

It's so freaking smart. We have over 100 campaigns. I would've hire 5 new employees just to manage them. Luckily we have Opteo.

Cons

Nothing, really. It's really good and it's improving fast. They really listen to feedback, so that's a good thing.

Huge help to find problems and optimize our Adwords!

Pros

It saves me an enormous amount of time and I can improve my adwords a little bit every day. There's always a suggestion on how to maximize of adwords campaigns and cut costs.

Cons

I'd like to get more suggestions of improvements. After the first huge batch was done we get a few every day but some more suggestions would certainly be welcome, particularly on how to improve quality scores.

Software to rapidly identify pain points in you google ads account

Pros

Opteo helps to identify and fix issues within google ads accounts. It saves my team plenty of time, that we would've spent analysing performance of campaigns manually. On top of that, their support is very helpful and responsive.

Cons

The AI is a bit limited, which is a common issue for such software. It doesn't understand context, making some suggestions pointless.

Cons

Would like to see more negative keywords as this is still a small pain point. There's really not a true formula for negative keywords, but it would be nice to see a list of keywords that are costing a ton of money that we can easily show as negative.

Pros

Opteo takes the guesswork out of optimizing my Google ads. Very easy too use, but very effective tool.

Cons

Every once in a while I get an error where changes could not be pushed to Google ads.

Feature Rich (and Growing) PPC Management Product

Pros

- Great account improvements section - manually push recommended improvements. I actually like that it's a manual process. Better understand the recommendations.
- Constantly growing feature list. The developers are adding new functionality nearly every week.
- Easily manage an entire MCC's worth of accounts.
- Huge value for the price.
- The support is stellar. Send a chat and usually answered within minutes.

Cons

- The appearance if the application, while super clean, could use a bit of work to help keep accounts and features separated. Occasionally I am hunting for a specific tool and it blends together.

I've had a seamless, perfect experience with Opteo. Wouldn't change provider, to be honest. I like the responsiveness of the team, and I hope there will be many new features and implementations in the future.

I strongly suggest you to try it out!

Pros

I like a lot the software design, the cleanliness and overall quality of the experience. Everything is very functional and beautifully tailored, with no extra useless stuff. When you handle multiple accounts with dozens and dozens of campaigns in it, it's easy to forgot little optimizations that make all the difference. I loved also the slack notifications from Opteo Bot.

Cons

It's on the expensive side of overall pricing you can find online. if you're a small company just starting out, it'll be hard to afford it unless you have clients paying you well; per se, Opteo doesn't cost a fortune, but its likely you're running multiple memberships like Opteo for other services you need for your business. That's the only downside to it in my opinion.

Opteo has allowed me to scale my weekly Google Ads management practices, saving me hours (literally) out of my week. I'm able to spend less time in accounts while providing the same -- or better -- optimization quality for my clients.

Pros

- The level of detail and granularity with recommended optimizations
- The design/ux
- Seamless integration with Google Ads accounts
- Ad optimization features

Cons

- The CPI (conversion per impression) model is still something I need to be sold on
- The negative keyword addition functionality is limited
- I'd love to see deeper competitive insights

Pros

This software streamlines, automates and makes more efficient your daily PPC workload, helping you autopilot tedious task while improving CPA and reducing spend. It's a must-have for any serious marketer and will save you hours upon hours of work each week. Case closed.

Cons

The only downside is that you have to upgrade to an enterprise account to get downloadable reporting. I think white label reporting should come standard with every account (you'd get more users).

Pros

Opteo has already taught me so much more about adwords which is probably where I've been going wrong for the last ten years, it makes it so much easier to manage your adwords account and see the progress. It gives you confidence that the account is going to improve as the algorithm is constantly monitoring a varied range of segments. The software is constantly being updated with new features

Cons

It sometimes hangs, but support is very quick to iron out any little bugs. The confirmation window when it does a task can be a little annoying which just seems to add time to processes, I think previously this wasn't part of the software.

Very happy - makes it easier to manage daily tasks and focus on larger projects and aspects of the campaign, focus on the strategy and less on the minutia of campaign optimisation.

Pros

Does a good job giving recommendations for optimizations and campaign changes and adjustments that we wouldn't have necessarily noticed on our own in our daily management of campaigns.

Cons

I wish there was a way to adjust certain thresholds they make for recommendations automatically. By default, if your bids are low, they recommend raising them up to 30% automatically to get closer to a first page bid. I love the campaign groupings, and I wish there was a way you could set adjustments so that in campaign groups like "Branded" you could give it a different maximum threshold, like 80 or 100% or whatever you choose.

Opteo feels like an extension of me as an AdWords Expert - it moves the way I move!

Pros

- I can manage 10 clients in the time it used to take me to analyze one
- It finds some of the smallest issues that I missed, eg. forgetting to add an Ad Extension to 1 campaign out of a 100
- A lot of AdWords scripts & "automations" I used to use I don't have to anymore - it's a standard feature! (eg. N Gram analysis)
- The ability to edit and customise both negative and positive keywords from a Search Term "report" without having to open Google AdWords

Cons

My only con was the fact that I could not edit keywords from flagged Search Terms for the purposes of negative or positive keywords - but this was addressed in the last update so I'm over the moon!

Some clients that have accounts with campaigns in different languages get spelling errors highlighted, when actually the spelling is correct in the chosen language (only happens in non-English).

Overall it's awesome, I've used much more expensive competitors like Wordstream and Opteo is more fun, easier to use and gives as good or better suggestions for a fraction of the cost.

Pros

The user interface is fantastic, really makes you want to actually use the software unlike a lot of other softwares out there, also has fantastic features that let you optimize an Adwords account very easily. Many of the recommendations it gives are spot on and you can implement them with 2 clicks.

Cons

Some of the recommended changes it gives to your clients Adwords account aren't actually improvements so you need to watch out and make sure what it's recommending is actually good.
