This program is pretty easy to request time off and to track whether it's pto, sick days, special time off, etc. It's also easy to see what you've used and how many days you still need to use.

It glitched a couple of times and wouldn't allow me to select my time off by hours rather than day but I exited out and re-entered and it worked. I wish you could set it up to show your year by hire date rather than all years. Also, waiting for your supervisor to approve it can be an issue.

We are a historic house museum with a combination of full-time and part-time employees and everyone loves TimeOut! The vacation tracking is so easy to use for the administrator as well as the staff members. Signing in for the hourly employees is brilliant and the mobile app makes everyone's life so easy to approve and keep track of time. It's so clear and easy to use. We can't say enough good things about it!

We love everything about TimeOut. We can't think of what we like least.

Ability to make changes to entry after submission, including type (Vacation, PTO) and how much (Hours)

Easy to maneuver, very user friendly. Am able to see my hours, make changes if necessary and submit to boss for approval.

Have not found anything that I don't like

It's very easy to use and understand and I like that it shows you vacation and sick time hours available.

Big fan! We have not run into any problems with the software since we started using it in 2018.

I love that this is a tool that does 1 thing and does it well. Too many pieces of software try to be a catch-all, often leaving UX as an afterthought. Because the product is streamlined, it really considers all aspect of PTO and is therefore great at it.

The way the product looks could be updated but that is purely cosmetic. I will take accuracy, speed, and functionality over looks.

It's price and ease of use for both staff and the admin

It is sensitive to date ranges. If I enter an end date of 7/21 it is glitchy and doesn't allow staff to choose 7/20.

Updates, Lately the app seems to be out of date a not working on newer phones, if it can't be resolved we will have no choice but to move off the platform.

This app is great for the straight forward entry functions. It gets the Job done.

Here I wish there were a way on the admin side to filter and organize time out for each employee for my needs. when I pull information I have to reorganize by copying & pasting into excel then using filters there.

Nothing. TimeOut fills the purpose for which we use it.

This system is very user friendly on computer or using the app. Employees love the ease of adding time off in the system with notifications that are returned for approval. System was very easy to have implemented with a great support team at CWS. Even after implementation and have used the product for a couple years, there is always support from the team at CWS in a quick and timely manner.I would recommend this for any employer as it is tailored to your needs of your company.

There is nothing I dont like about Time Out. It is easy and effective!

I like the PTO tracking feature. It is really easy for people to submit requests and have managers approve them.

Sometimes we have had issues with PTO converting over to google calendar but customer support has always been really helpful in trying to solve our issues.

Time our has given our team the ability to request and track their PTO, in the past they were unable to do so

We don't take full advantage of what TimeOut has to offer, I can say that we have had no issues or complaints

It is easy for employees to track their PTO and for supervisors to see a whole calendar regarding who is taking PTO. It's easy to get a hang of.

There is not a short cut to each employee.

The access for all employees, the mobile app, the flexibility of the system to have multiple types of days out, and the integration with Outlook.

There were a couple of things that were laborious, like black out dates, etc. To override you had to change the date and add the black out days, instead of allowing an admin override. In addition, for some reason, it did not flag when employee PTO requests would put them in the red.
