I love it and I will definitely keep using it.

Pros

I love how it tracks email opens. How I can schedule when emails are to be sent and that I can have the email thread.

Cons

I do not like that the SalesInbox program opens a completely separate window when you have to send an email.

Pros

we can prioritize and act upon leads in just a few steps and stay up to date with the progress.

Cons

As we are growing, we required a more sophisticated and all in one tool so we had to switch as running multiple things on multiple tools slowed our progress and got irritating at a

Another mediocre app in the Zoho suite of apps.

Limited useability for a workplace with older sales people.

Pros

I like how SalesInbox is integrated with Zoho CRM. You’re also able to sort emails and track opens, which is great.

Cons

The sales people that I trained to use this software ultimately were unable to get on board with the software due to the complexity of SalesInbox.
