I had our event live within about 30 minutes. Our members were able to buy tickets with limited confusion and that's a big deal.

Cons

There are lots of reports, but I ended up taking the data into Excel so I could format it how I needed it for the run report. At least the platform supports you exporting all reports so this wasn't as painful as it sounds.

Pros

Easy to set up - intuitive - great 'help' section with video turorials that mske it all very clear. Every booking has to have an e mail address so really easy to contact the customer base with info about the event at any point.

Cons

I don't think you can go back on as a customer and buy sundries once you've booked tickets, it could be made clear that you have to purchase these at the same time.

Pros

Ticket Source have been brilliant at helping with our ticketing for our orchestral concerts and always at the end of a phone call if needed. Also helping out with a query with possible dispute with emails by return.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative to say.

Overall, I love the ease of creating an event and the payout side of things, which again, the fees are reasonable too. There are minor issues, but not enough to make me want to pay more elsewhere!

Pros

TicketSource just made things SO simple! It was easy to sign up and get an event going. The checkout process was good too, and payout was with ease exactly when they said it would be. Fees are reasonable, and I love how they are also UK based.

Cons

I had Ts & Cs that look like you couldn't see until you checkout, which I guess was okay but prefer having accessible before people got that far. Also I don't know the refund policy (If I have my own or they do? How someone requests a refund and by what point?) It was also difficult to find customer responses to questions, like dietary requirements, which was required as part of my event. That definitely should be easier to find per event.

Just to advise you can add in your own terms and conditions to your event which are presented during the booking process. When setting up your event within the main event details scroll to the bottom of the advanced settings and you will see a box to enable "The event has associated terms and conditions"

If you are able to send us an email so we can locate your account we would be happy to provide clarification on the refund policy and look into the questionnaire options. Just mark it 'FOA of Phill'

Island Shakespeare Festival LOVES TicketSource!

Pros

Being able to respond to folks quickly with questions and change their reservations in a flash, make our own maps, the customization, the TicketSource customer service.

Cons

The only thing that we couldn't figure out how to do was exchange for a ticket that was on a sliding scale to another performance - which I don't think was an available option. It would be great if it could be! But I'm sure you could have done if from your end if we had asked :)

It was user-friendly! I had no issues whatsoever.

Cons

I didn't like how the mobile version of the site was the same as the computer version and how you had to slide to see different areas of the screen. It was also hard to download the PDF of the attendee's list from the mobile version.

Ease of use both as a manager of the site and for customers buying tickets. Also, customer service was amazing!

Cons

Just a little nervous because we've never used them before and would not be getting our money until the end of our shows. But they contacting us right away with final total and the money was in our account when they said it would be there!

There was always someone there to answer any queries we had - this was the first time we had tried to use a ticketing platform and will definitely try again - it was so straight forward and easy for our customers to use the website and buy tickets.

Cons

The report at the end of the process re who bought tickets had too much information on it - I had to download and erase lots of info so I could give to the people on the door without email addresses, how much they had paid etc - it would be great to have a report solely with names and numbers of tickets they had bought.

This is an amazing tool for selling tickets. The only hiccup I had was when someone was able to book a wheelchair and carer seat as normal tickets when those seats had been marked as wheelchair and carer seats. I don't know how that could have happened.

Pros

Very user friendly. I love the sales reports which quickly give you an idea of what has been sold.

Cons

Not having ever set up online ticketing before it was a bit of a daunting task with all the various drop down bars with all the different options for setting up an account. I had to ring up for help a few times but always got good advice and was pointed in the right direction.
