Very helpful tool for the Construction superintendents/foremen and construction safety managers. Daily safety reports can be produced and published using site docs like JHA (Job Hazard analysis). Fabrication drawings can be marked on field for issues and comments. The reports created in Site docs can be shared with the project team.

Its has good application in the AEC industry but it cannot handle the entire documentation control process like plangrid and procore. Its not as expensive as procore and plangrid, which can be used for projects smaller in size.

The offline access to forms and documents is extremely useful as we do a lot of field work.

The annual rate increase of nearly $1000 was a bit of a shock with little changes that are useful to our company, but we've spent hours setting everything up and don't want to redo it in another program. Feels like a trap.

EHS Document Management. User friendly with ease of updating.

Extra cost for Analytics. Would prefer to be standard part of Platform.

Very easy to use as an administrator and a user. Documents happen in real time and you receive them in real time. Keeps documents very organized and easy to find. Keeps track of certifications and expire dates. Great for safety audits!

I don't have anything I don't like. There are always new updates and features added to make things run even smoother.

The system is very easy to manage. Interface is exceptional. Form options are good.
Makes managing safety much easier.

Not much to dislike. There are a couple more features in the forms that would be nice. Looking forward to more Contractor Management features.

Extra charge for analytics this feature should be standard.No system to alert personnel when training is expiring, should send a notification to the employee of the training that is about to lapse.

None to mention, I love the product. SiteDocs is continuously providing new features and improvements

SiteDocs was an instant hit in our business due to the simplicity with which forms could be created, the outstanding and prompt customer service, the analytics services that customers could access, and the user-friendly, intuitive design. It has been necessary for us to obtain and keep our Certificate of Compliance. We were able to get the same in Food department too.

As of right now, it is not possible to create a form that would instantly generate the proper replies or actions based on the input, which would be useful for cause analysis and hazard recognition forms.

It is easy to create any form we need. The app is easy for the field staff to use, very intuitive.

I will that I could pull an excel report based on any field

It's easy to use. Easy to create forms and templates for daily, weekly and monthly inspections and Field Level Hazard Assessments. Great for record management and easy to pull up past reports for COR audits. Easy to edit past forms too.

Used to be you couldn't attach PDF's to forms and now it looks like that has been resolved. Haven't tried it yet though.

I preferred that this software program is very convenient to use. Setting up employees and places is very easy. Doing reviews on line and having it emailed without delay is an terrific feature.

The cons are solely aspects no longer presently reachable however with any luck will be in the future. There are a number of elements we would like to see with SiteDocs. Notifying administration with types now not achieved would a very appropriate issue to have for security and compliance.

This is a great product for small to medium sized business. SiteDocs is easy to use and personalize to your company's specific needs

Some of the precreated forms need a lot of revision

It puts safety into our crew's hands. There is more buy-in from the crew now that access is easy (easier than walking to the trailer to fill out another form). Accountability has gotten better as well.

All the features have worked well for us.

I love having the ability to build my own forms the way I want them. Before purchasing SiteDocs, I look at just about all of SiteDocs competitors and they didn't have "build your own forms", but they did try and convince me that it's better to have them build my forms for me so that it would save me time. Yeah right, having someone else build what I envision would only take more of my time and cause a lot of back-and-forth trying to get the forms right. SiteDocs has a form builder module that is super easy to use and you have the ability to build any kind of form you can dream up. Customer support is amazing and they respond very quickly. I had asked for a certain feature they didn't have and I was told they would work on implementing it. Not only did they build this feature and over deliver, I was able to talk directly with their design team and provide my input. It really feels good that a company would listen to my ideas, let alone implement them too. You can easily see in their software platform that SiteDocs is definitely not one of those companies that just throws something out there to see what sticks. There are a ton of other companies out there that could learn a lot from SiteDocs.

The only thing I could say I like least about SiteDocs software is not having the ability to use a windows tablet in regards to filling out forms. Is this really a problem, no, I am an electronics junkie as my wife says and I'm wanting to try and windows tablet even though I know I wouldn't like it.

In all fairness to SiteDocs, I really can't think of anything I dislike about their software platform.

We have work in 12 states, 200+ projects, 700 employees, the safety team could not do their jobs accurately without site docs. Being able to monitor each project daily for toolbox talks, site daily audits and new employee orientation is great, the team couldn't do that without Site Docs.

Nothing yet, haven't had any complaints.

It is customizable and very easy to use, both administratively and in the field.

Some of the reporting features are limited. It would be nice to be able to customize the CSV data and create custom reports.

I prefer SiteDocs because it can customize the forms, so we can create, edit and delete our own templates.
SiteDocs has a platform which can be easily used on both the PC and mobile devices (cell phone & tablets).
We have control to show created templates to mobile users or not, and it decreases the confusion of the site team.
The forms can be categorized and filtered by either date, type, user, so we have more options to sort out the forms we need.
The price is reasonable to include the user number range, so we don't concern about increasing price per user.
All the signed forms are saved and synchronized automatically every several seconds, so we can get reports immediately from the sites.
The users' access can be limited per administrator, so we can reduce the duplicated locations and users.

Some of the employees can't understand English perfectly, so we trans;ate some form into another language. however, the saved report would show the other language as question marks.
SiteDocs can be improved by adding more fields of signature since we need to get all team members' signature when we fill in the safety docuements.

The most impactful feature, for my company, is the ease of use. No matter where my guys are working, they can log in to SiteDocs and fill out forms they need to start their day (& throughout the day as well). Myself & my team are able to log in and under the correct location to ensure all the proper forms are filled out and filled out properly (all at the touch of our fingertips). The app has been revamped (continually have new features added) and the ease of use is GREAT!!

The only thing that I dislike is the form building process. It would be helpful if there were templates to follow.
