It is very user friendly. Easy to understand and familiarising yourself with it.

Has a friendly user interface, have many different options, however you will not lose your self trying to navigate in application. Also the interface is very specific in the porpouse

I'm lost trying to refer people to positions in my company

I love all the features, it eliminates the need for multiple programs and memberships. It has Payroll features and schedules, HR documents like sign offs and all orientations and trainings, goals setting and annual reviews. It also contains vacation/sick time bookings. Even has an app

I use ClayHR in South Africa for work. It has been a user friendly app and i enjoy using it. So far, so good!

There was a time i could not log in because of the location, it was really annoying as it said I'm not in the geofence. I'm not sure if it was company settings or.

It makes my daily tasks (time tracking, leave management, learning management, etc.) less time-consuming.

The User Interface could use a little tweak: sometimes, it feels like there's too much information for a specific feature (e.g.: Leave Management, Goals/Objectives).

It should have a mobile version.
If the mobile version of ClayHR lacks features or is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, it could be a disadvantage, especially in today's mobile-oriented work environment.

Overall, Clay HR does solve most of the problems faced by Companies like Time sheet management, Leave management, Employee life cycle management etc. While most of the other competitors do have similar features, what differentiates Clay HR from others is, it's very easy to use and agile product, hence if implemented properly, this can change fortunes for HR, Finance and Operations function as the amount of data it gives, it really solves much of the manual works across organisation.

None as such. I would recommend that the Company which is going to use Clay HR should deploy a right project manager, so that the implementation doesn't go wrong.

I highly recommend it to others. We successfully integrated the product into our company, significantly streamlining the HR related processes and emplyee self-assesment.

I faced no issues during my usage of the application. There might be a lack of personalization.

I mostly use Clay HR for performance evaluation and it's overall great at it. The tool is very easy to use and intuitive allowing me to optimize my time while working on collaborators review. This tool is also quite agile and can be easily extended to help companies manage a lot of HR tasks efficiently if implemented properly.

The UI can still be perfected so it can be even more intuitive to use (exemple: allow the user to click on the assignement status icon to go to the performance evaluation page).

That all the integration is seamless! And everything is in one place.

Nothing at this moment. Everything seems to be working 100%.

Its easy to use and well informative which covers mostly all areas of HR.

ClayHR is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is simple, making navigation easy.

Some advanced features lack customization options, which can be limiting.

Although it is newly implemented within our organization, it looks like it will be very helpful to coordinate with HR and track onboarding for new employees.

Not enough experience with the system yet to have any dislikes.

I'm based in France, sometimes it shows the fields in French sometimes it shows in English, despite I set English as preference language.
