Pros

Very flexible and can be tailored to your companies needs. But that’s if someone actually answers your call or returns it. I’ve been waiting for 4 months for the owner to call me back.

Cons

Terrible curtomer support. Not enough staff. The other reviews are from the owner. Don’t believe it.

We have been using this product for years. It has helped us create a more efficient backend with scheduling, routing and customer management, as well as allow our field staff to utilize a platform that easily compliments their skill set and the data they need to collect. Anyone who is looking for a great platform that can advance your business from paper to paperless should look here.
