The medication and health forms were excellent.

All set up had to be done by CampDoc staff. Beholden to them. And we left because we were priced out.

The ease of use and resources which allow new staff to be independently trained on CampDoc use has saved us time and money. The features in Program Management allow us to track enrollment and create reports to distribute for statistics as well as everyday use. Prior to CampDoc, we were an all paper-based organization which did not allow for sensitive information to be secure or to be retrieved from numerous locations. This has saved so much time and extra resources that we would be lost without it. All parent information is collected and used in the Parent Portal. It is critical for our staff in the field to be able to access sensitive information in a secure portal and CampDoc drives our success in collaborating with parents.

Additional cost to use attendance feature.

The software is affordable, support is strong, launching is reasonably easy, communication functions are helpful.

The parent company of CampDoc, seeks to sell insurance to our constituents. The default answer is yes, instead of no. This cannot be changed nor removed. Parents often complain that they are charged extra for insurance which they do not need. I can also attest, that the insurance is of little value. Not once has the insurance paid out a claim to our constituents.

It is easy to use once you set up up. and Setting up is easy and stress-free as well.

the only con is user experience. since I use this once a year, I have to "re-learn" every year (and sometimes the team wants me to teach them!) the help section is helpful and I do admit to just calling. EVERYONE I speak to is very patient. I look forward to each summer!

We were able to customize the features to what we needed. With the option to add more in the future.

Getting our registration software to intergrade with Campdocs was difficult.

Our camping ministry has worked with the team at CampDocs for the past five years. While the setup process can be a bit extensive, the team is always faithful to listen to our needs and provides timely edits. The charges for accepting online payments are competitive and the ability to generate reports is a excellent. The jewel of this software is definitely the eMar health system for tracking medications and allergies. Overall, this software has saved us a ton of time sifting the right information for the right camps.

It can be a little tricky generating reports that look exactly the way you want them to, and get the right information in that report.

We use CampDoc to gather and keep our health forms and we find it very versatile and easy to use.

I wish it would tie in better with our enrollment database

Technical support is very good. Price is reasonable.

Needs a mobile application. 99% of our usage is in the field and on the go. Need a customizable EMaR to quickly indicate sports injuries.

CampDocs make our registration process so much easier getting all campers and staff signed up in one place, it makes it easy to send out emails to everyone needed.

Since our camp is nonprofit we do not require payment and even without payment campdoc sends out emails to our campers families about buying campdoc insurance.

Our organization used Camp Docs for the health software aspect. It was so easy to create your own customized forms for your clients and our rep was always available to assist and quick in their response time.

Just understanding the process at the beginning through their online trainings. I was a bit confused on which trainings to take and how to initially start the process. Once I got ahold of our rep she was then able to assist me in next steps.

The customer service provided when implementing this system was incredible! The whole team was responsive and enthusiastic and never tired of all the questions I asked. The program is very user-friendly and so easy to use.

My only wish is that branding could be consistently kept separate for the school and the camp.

I appreciate CampDoc's ability to be so user friendly. It is incredibly helpful because we are working with various population groups that have various relationships to technology.

CampDoc can improve by being more optimized for mobile usage.

While using this system the ease of use is the best. Features are easy to find and allow you to assist families.

how slow the system is, some features aren't compatible

This is great to track the progress of each camper's registration. Also, to be able to verify that the guardian/parent has received and opened email communications

The format for writing emails to include images and links as well as underline, bold, italicize.

Rep was amazing and always very helpful. They were readily available and helped us make decisions based on the system and our policies. Can't praise them enough!

We regularly sent our camp families to customer support and heard a lot of great things. As a staff we didn't utilize support.

We've loved using CampDoc and it's really improved and streamlined our records system! Thanks so much to rep and all the other amazing folks who are incredibly responsive and helpful.
