It was easy on the eyes from a user perspective for employees

I have used many tools like this and Bob is by far the best. In terms of interface it is very pleasant on the eye. The UX is top notch giving users an easy and effective way to navigate. I love the organizational structure feature as well, very simple to use.

Almost nothing, you have to almost make something up to fill this space as there really isn’t a lot wrong with it.

Nothing really negative to say. I really like it.

Very simple look, and quite intuative. It is good for small companies for managing employees time punchs and holiday requests.

Lacking of regular updates, and feels like a bit empty and basic regarding the functions that other similar apps provide such as Polaris PSA's "Replicon".

Easy to use, does its job, I like the way an employee can book holiday and see the other colleagues time off

The attendance part which didn’t track the time correctly sometimes when clocking in or out

How we can manage time off and performance review

The shoutout is not that necessary and create lots of useless notification

With the great talenet management and onboarding features, Bob is my favorite.
It also helps with most HR needs

Bob has been amazing. I cant think of any failures.

I really like the social media style communication on the profile page, this has brought our teams together so well across all locations.

Some of the dashboards could be adapted to show more of a breakdown. For example time off by reason, not just by month.

Love the fact that you can integrate many different platforms with Bob. Such as Zinc and Greenhouse and really easy to work your way around the system.

I cant think of any at this moment. Love everything it does.

It's very easy to navigate as a user. The side panel makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The Time Off section is what I mainly use Bob for and I like the feature where you can estimate how much time off you'll have in the future

The demographics for our organisation is also a very neat feature on the homepage

I do not have anything that I don't like about Bob. If anything, I wish there were more demographics for our organisation on the homepage, and maybe update the demographics! As I'm not sure the demographics have been updated since I joined the org

Nothing comes to mind, which is the greatest thing i can say about this product

Very easy to operate and check the stats for every person in the company.

About hi BOB i have no complains it works perfectly fine.

I've used several HRIS in my profession, but so far nothing compares to Hibob. It takes some time to set up and could be complicated as an admin, but it's extremely well designed and easy to use for the end user (employees). And the customer support is very good and responsive.

I am missing a couple of features:- Being able to schedule recurring 121:s (and integration with e.g., zoom )- The employee being able to schedule 121:s with their manager.-The ability to manually add tasks (in case of a tailored on/offboarding for one specific role)

Bob has revolutionised our HR department. it is nice and easy to use which allows employees to take charge of their own people management and annual leave.

Needs private feedback outside of the PDR process

Complex HRIS with al the features you need for small/mid-size company, they cover all the employee life-cycle. Very remote/global-friendly. Pretty easy implementation, great support from their team during the selection & implementation process and even now when we need help with some issues/questions. Highly recommend Bob!

NA - We are really satisfied with HiBob!

Access to real time data. System is easy to customise, you don't need a dev team to make changes you need and changes can be done in real time. Ease of use both for the HR team and employees. Its easy to navigate and use.

I think more work can be done on the performance management piece i.e.: including weightings on key indicators, instead of on the whole goal.
