The pastor before me, never used a CHMS because he thought it would take too long to implement. I started using Elvanto straight away as it saves so much time. All the rosters are now done in Elvanto as well as Service plans. I can generate a report for the annual diocesan returns with a couple of clicks. Very helpful.

Here in Australia we use Elvanto. More attention seems to be given to the Tithely CHMS. That is disappointing. You can't even sync both platforms.

The member directory on the Elvanto side has a lot of options and works well. I think the volunteer management feature is a good inclusion. The online giving component is simple to set up and use.

There are a lot of features that are great inclusions but could be better. The Tithely Pay POS system is good but too simplistic; transactions aren't categorized on the back end, which makes it difficult for the accounting team. The volunteer management system feels overly complicated and difficult to manage. The language around the notifications and how they work is difficult for the staff to understand and has made it almost unusable for our church. The messaging feature has a lot of potential but seems to be missing some critical pieces, especially around the email blast features (couldn't embed a video link?) The sync between Elvanto and Tithely has been a gigantic headache.

Many features in one package. It was the main reason we went with Tithely. ChMS, Website, App, Messaging, Events, Media all in one place is a great option at a great price.

Some of the integration is lacking in capability. I would love to see more ease of use between all the different systems. The website is not as customizable as I would like, lacking some features that are standard on most other builders. When building a website, it can also be difficult to find where you want to be and how to create menus vs pages etc. Customer service has been the part i have been most disappointed with. We paid for the onboarding and yet now have heard nothing in a while and even when we reach out are left wanting more.

Creating an account, inputting batch giving for non-tithe.ly users, and using the membership components is very easy! The customer service/help desk promptly responds (or as quickly as they can), and sends a transmission of the conversation to your email account.

Not being able to integrate member data from Tithe.ly to Elvanto, has slowed down my ability to create communities. I look forward to when it is fixed. Having to log into every component (elvanto, Chms) was frustrating. HOWEVER, they have diligently worked to solve this problem. I have to purchase separate accounting software.

Using Tithe.LY for online giving has been very effective in increased giving and reaching people outside our church who wan to support some of our programs like our Food Panty. It is automated and works great to get us the funds. The church management system has helped us safely store all our member information. We haven't fully used all the program can do for us yet.

The reports are customizable but not always easy to get it to come out how you would like it. Also the training needs some improvement.

The fact that I have access to so many different forms of church management and communication was a huge selling point for us.

The church management with Elvanto took a bit to get used to but they offer courses to help you understand how to use it which were incredibly helpful.

I love that we can set up multiple types of funds - pledges, mission, unpledged giving, memorial fund, so that people can share how they want their gift applied to our budget.

It would be nice if there was a very easy way to set up a link directing people to give to a specific fund type. I think there is a way to do it, but setting this up is not obvious.

Our church members have the commodity of donating with just a click. The platform is very friendly and easy.

So far we have not have any issues with the software.

Tithe.ly makes giving for my church easy and even better for church staff!

The product is very easy to use. I pay everything else on line, so why not this too. Check... what check?

Tithe'ly offers a seamless integration between multiple platforms to manage a church or non-profit.

They are constantly improving the integration between the mobile app and the desktop versions but this has not always been a smooth transtion. But the team is open to quick to hearing and resolving issues across platforms.

Easy to use and it’s convenient for the time of giving to my church.

Nothing at all. It’s very easy to understand and convenient for giving.

The customer service is amazing and helped to implement the software system from our previous system. It didn't take long and they guided us through the entire process.

Remembering how to get to some reports and reconciling the deposits from breeze to our bank can me a little more steps than the last system. But not a deal breaker!

Membership management is a great feature as well as the mobile app and donor tracking

ChMS cones with an image library that is low quality

it is very easy to use & to learn. That was very important to us since our last product was so difficult only 1 person could use it. Here everyone has access to it & learning it & learning new features are very simple. You can't beat the price anywhere so it really a win win for all. I highly recommend Breeze to everyone needing any kind of church management.

I'm not crazy about having to send some reports into excel, especially since not everyone on the team is proficient in it. But other than that, I think everything else is great.

Elvanto is so easy to use and fully customisable, so we can develop it to suit our Church.

When we first started using Elvanto, there wasn't sufficient training or even online training available. I think this has now been rectified.

As a church planter, I needed something affordance, easy to implement and effective. Tithe.ly is all of these things. I’ve recruited other churches small and large to Tithe.ly.

Service planning is not as robust as Planning Center. But there are always improvements coming down the pike.

This software bridges all aspects of our church managments, from our database, our giving, our events and our website. Its all seamless.

I wish the sign ups platform was different. It's reliant on providing a date, when we'd dont always have a date yet. It confuses our registrants when they try to sign up.
