Acknow is very easy to use and manage. We use it for our customer service and tech support team. Acknow improve our support service and helps it to solve different problems in a shorter time. Its features allows to create articles with different content and link it with our documents.
The Customer Service Acknow is brilliant. They are always friendly, helpful and quick for response. It's really great!
