Connecting scheduled meetings, to track actuals automatically.

Scheduled time with mentor with frequent reminders.

Cannot think of anything I used the program when I needed to do the checkins.

I liked that the platform was super easy to learn and use. I am in the system almost every day and have no problem navigating it. The customer support team was fantastic as well! They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful.

Nothing that I can think of currently, everything has been great so far.

If anything is missing on the platform it is completely compensated by the solutions we have offered by our success coach

MentorcliQ has allowed me to connect with colleagues across the globe that I otherwise would have never met. Their algorithm to match colleagues based on certain criteria is truly incredible. I would also be remiss to not mention the incredible support offered by MentorcliQ to ensure the program is a success.

At this point in time, nothing comes to mind. If anything, perhaps their reporting could be more user friendly....more of an automatic dashboard could be cool.

It gives a good overview of the evolution of the program, enabling your inputs and time management. On the matching phase, allows the participants to define which areas they are prepared to offer or expecting to receive support.

Could have a field to log comments between participants (accessible only to them) and an area for individual reports (accessible only to each participant).

Ease of use in tracking satisfaction/survey results and communication with mobile app to mentees.

I find it somewhat difficult to get results for a set time frame.

I would increase reporting capabilities and would Increase ways to have participants engage in site more - not really a MentorcliQ issue

The MentorcliQ software made it easy to get matched with a mentor. It provides a user-friendly platform that makes it easy to track your progress with goal setting and progress tracking. As someone who is easily distracted, I appreciated the reminders to review my time spent with my mentor, as it's easy to forget to do.

I wish there was a "skip" function for reviewing your month's time spent with a mentor. Especially during holidays, we may not have been able to meet up, and I don't want to write something fake for that time. I'd much rather just be able to skip the month.

More time with the mentoring coach in training.

The product is excellent. The team is exceptional.

At this time, I do not have anything I don't like with MentorcliQ. The team is very proactive about addressing any possible issues ahead of time.

Some of the functions were difficult to understand but once I knew what they did it was easy enough to use.

I like the look and feel - its easy to use and navigate and houses all of the information in one location.

I thought we would be able to edit and adjust some of the language in the communication and materials to speak to our unique culture and population. In some ways we could and others are being developed. It would also be great to share resources with other companies - like how they announced their mentoring program and extra tips/support that could be leveraged.

The tool was easy to use, fast and error free! I liked a lot as I could perform my actions fast. I really can't find something I did not like about it. Maybe looking at history was not that clear.
