The ease of use to create pages and opt ins, and easy design.

The email and contacts CRM is pretty basic, but still does the job. If you want a higher end one you'd have to go separate, but I like that it works all together with my Kajabi system, so I'm happy for now.

Kajabi is one of the most streamlined and integrable CRMs that i've worked with. It's website and landing page capabilities and templates make it easy for anyone to be able to create a stunning website while also having the back end functionality to host courses and membership sites. There are many options for website builders but none of them have the ease of use when it comes to setting up courses and managing members. As a coach, having this system for hosting my online courses while also being able to utilize the landing pages for selling and along with the email marketing made everything more functional and simple for my customers and truly gave me peace of mind not having 10 different softwares I had to use. Setting up the checkout pages and adding in upsells also gives you the potential to be a lot more profitable, and I really appreciate this feature.

My only major con about Kajabi is the price. Yes, it offers exceptional features, and is a one stop shop, however I still find it expensive and to be able to access additional incredible features the price goes up and up, and I think that it lends to a more elite business crowd, as those with smaller businesses (like myself) can't afford the platform long term and don't get to use it to it's full capability in the higher priced plans, especially when they're just starting out and unsure of their regular sales volume.

Simplicity of the user interface design.

I would never have signed-up for Kajabi if I knew they'd raise my rates without warning by 50%. NEVER. It's not like their products or services improved. In fact, it's gotten worse. Just spent 1.5+ hours waiting for the "support" they claim to offer. Who has 1.5 hours to wait on hold? Is it even honest to claim you offer support if customers have to wait 1.5 hours to reach someone? I feel ripped-off and mistreated by this company. You are better off avoiding them!!!

Kajabi is easy to use for course creation and email automation, which makes it an all-in-one platform.

Pricing was a bit on the expensive side of my budget.

Its is able to create a beautiful community to manage people and relationships. I love that it is able to handle multiple communication. It is also able to handle learnings. I have used Kajabi for my financial modelling training and this has been great. It records your progress however you have done the training, either on your computer or on the app.

I am not sure there is more to request from Kajabi. it can handle both training and communication with other co-users

Kajabi is a platform that is easy to use and I find it to be visually appealing as well. From a user perspective and client perspective, it is easy to navigate.

I loved the way everything worked together and integrated.

I disliked the high monthly payment particularly as I was struggling to make my business work. I wanted to have all the bells and whistles but wasn’t yet earning the money to justify it. I also did not live me the product limits.

I really wish I cut loose sooner. I kept hanging on because I thought it would show my clients I was high quality. But that’s not the case. I’m just a little guy who loves creating content. Kajabi is for the big dogs! It is definitely not worth the money.

It’s got too many bells and whistles and too many pots in the fire. Because of this it runs slow and clunky. For example I had an email segment set up for 10 people. Instead it went to my entire list. This happened because of that slow spin. That was the final straw for me. Definitely not worth $2000+ a year!!

But I like most is that is for entrepreneurs that don't have much experience in the business. It helps you build and market your own online courses as well as doing classes that might be beneficial to you

I believe the price was ridiculous honestly it was a little too expensive for what they were delivering

The user interface is good, they have a good facebook group with lots of users in it, they have a great track record of helping people create online courses.

I think they could have more pre built funnels they dont have as many as things like Kajabi. Some people claim that the email deliverability rate is not as high as other products that do a similar thing.

Great software if you are running classes for small groups

VERY time consuming if you run a class for a large group as you have to spend a significant amount of time inputting assessment/quiz data into your own spreadsheet as there is no current way to pull a file of all responses (e.g. surveys)

I didn't like anything about it. It is too complicated.

Too many options. Too many Kajabi tabs are open to interact with people. Very confusing.

The way I could organize the contents were effective.

At the beginning, it was hard to navigate through all the features.

Loved the ease of use and the easy build landing pages. Customization is out of this world for all forms, pages and more.

Would love to see a class scheduling option. Then we'd have an all in one solution

The interface should be more user friendly.Other than this i don't have anything to complain till now.

This is a very good platform for the coaching industry. Between managing leads, creating emails, creating landing pages, and charging for products, it all works great.

I’m realizing I personally need less and less, so the price point can sometimes be high for me to just utilize a landing page. But that’s really a personal issue.
