I like that the inbox allows me to have a clear view of all my interactions and messages on my social profiles, which allows me to respond in a timely and efficient manner.

Sometimes I find it a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate.

Easy to upload profiles and create projects. Useful data outputs and visualizations. Visuals easy to download. Fairly intuitive to use. Good Facebook data. Attentive customer service.

Limited data sets and capabilities. Really it's only or mostly useful as a Facebook tool. It's not very useful for other social platforms. Historical data is very limited on Twitter.

Although I have a few social media profiles, NapoleonCat helps me manage everything in one place. Another benefit is the ability to plan the publication schedule for the entire quarter. I like the function of monitoring my competitors, and thanks to that, I can also compare my efforts to their marketing activities.
I also value a reasonable monthly price. If it were higher, I could live without it.

This app has met all my requirements for this scope so far. I really enjoy it and can recommend it to others.

- The price is way too high. With that kind of pricing there is no place for freelancers and people using social media not as a source of income.

I don't like the way private messages are archived. It is very cumbersome.

I managed social media for a B2B software company and was tasked with managing responses to our Facebook ad comments. After a couple of issues with not finding comments quickly enough, I went in search of a software that would send me email notifications when comments were left on dark posts--and found NapoleonCat to be the perfect solution. The cost is reasonable and I never had an issue with getting the notifications in a timely manner.

It can be difficult to navigate the product. It has gotten better since I first started using the software, though.

It's very useful tool when it comes to manage moderation in Social Media. Both customer service and support are very helpful and friendly.

The application still needs to be upgraded in few things that Facebook provided lately (eg. group moderation for companies), sometimes it takes too much time to provide needed changes.

The tool is very ease to use, but even you have problems with it you can ask for help client service - they are always ready to help. The application is very useful when it comes to manage moderation in social media - you can have everything in one place so checking your profile in SM is just faster more pleasant.

NapoleonCat is a really great marketing tool that really helped me with my work, it has enjoyable dashboards.

I'm really seeing a boost in my efficiency as this single platform allows me to get my work done in less than a few minutes a day.

We use social media as the another customer service channel, so that we receive many similar questions that we used to manage manually so far and were overloaded with answering them. Since we started using NapoleonCat we decreased the time needed to answer our customer.

NapoleonCat is a great tool. It works very well for our company in managing different social media channels and analysis. All data could be exported to xls or to custom pdf report. If we have any questions or want to customize the tool - customer team is always fast and helpful.

They are making product improvements all the time. Access to historical data is limited, but this is a common issue for the tools in this category.
