Complexity – Some users may have found Holded complex or difficult to set up and use

The invoicing and accounting features are smooth and intuitive. Saves me a ton of time and hassle.

How easy to make an invoice, anyone can do it

Haven't used a lot, but for now I haven't had any problem with it

Its major disadvantage is the external data processing with its API. The working hours cannot be assigned by projects either.

It's annoying we need to select the right period in order to have a right starting balance. I would also like to see that we can export our receipts from Qonto into Holded.

It is a good tool because it allows you to have all the important information of the employees grouped, which facilitates the work. from the signings, the payroll, supporting documents...

There are times when if you register from your cell phone you have to click the button more than once for it to work, so you have to check that it has been marked.

I really like that you can track your working hours and request any holidays on the software. Moreover you can see who is working or out of the office and it is useful to ensure that your mate is available or not at the office.

Sometimes the software works a little bit bad and it doesn’t run properly.

Holded is easy to use and design layouts. I also like easily getting access to visual information in each screen so I don't have to execute reports all the time. It's easy to analize how my business is going through graphics and interactive tables.

The initial data collection is very good because based on that information it creates automatic reports that save a lot of time in creation, all the accounting information is secure and it is easier to invoice and an updated list of the inventory products is maintained, giving detailed control, in its entirety it is a very good application with its functions

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike, they have always met my expectations and they help me at all times that I need it

It has a huge variety of options for employee management. I use it daily to check in and out. The task management for a developer is really optimised.

The new update has a very different user interface and it makes it a bit hard for me sometimes to find the pages.

It has tools that if you don't know how to use it become confusing to connect with the others, the support always helps to resolve concerns but it would be good to have a manual where each tool is more specified
