I love that when i look for a job after settings i can get a job notification due to my profile.

The amount of applicants that are posted tends to reduce peoples hope for a job.

Indeed has better search refinement options than other sites. Particularly regarding location settings and being able to set distances from home.
Also, employers have a star rating to show employee satisfaction rates.

The most important feature was how easy it was to post jobs as well as to apply for those jobs. The platform is easy to access from both ends, applicants and employers, which makes it the most popular platform. Thus it provides the largest pool of applicants we can access.
Also from my perspective as an employer, it was not complicated to manage applications from start to finish.

The only con I can think of is the huge demand on the site, which makes some job posts go down in popularity and they can be seen by less people which creates the need for sponsored posts.

customer service is not that fast. I wish they had live agents like other softwares!

Indeed matches you with companies and positions you choose, as well as companies that fit your resume. When they pick a company for you they let you know the skills you have that fit that position. You will also know if you asked for something the company does not offer, like a certain pay rate or hours of work available.

Some positions that are posted are fake or not legitimate.

I have used indeed both to find jobs and to place ads for jobs. The set up they have for hiring is very simple. I love how easy it was to go through applicants and communicate with them.

There could be more fail-safes to keep people from applying to jobs they are not qualified for, which I feel would save time for applicants and employers.

Indeed has been great for us as I do believe it reaches all geograpghic regions.
