I like the ability it has to track and breakdown your work by task, project, employees and the internal chat box is helpful to communicate with other team members that are working on the same tasks.
Cons
Integrations and custom reporting. Once I am able to create my custom reporting by project it will become a great resource to me so that I can send daily activity reports to clients individually.

It tracks all live activity, it shows all the details of the opened and used websites. How much time we spend on it
Cons
It has too many issues:
It logs time very slow
It deducts logged time automatically.
Sometimes, it stops working
If you work continuously then also it shows less activity
You feel like you are working for so long but you are not able to log the targeted time.

What I like most about the Webwork Time Tracker is that it has its proactive idle detector. This is very important for employers to be sure that their employees are working while not hovering and micromanaging.
Cons
There's nothing that I like least, but rather something they should have. They should have a mouse-jiggler detector to avoid cheating with time-tracking software and tools.

The time tracker works well, me and my clients have access to the tracking reports and screenshots. It has several more features I don't use. Their support is fast and helpful.
Cons
In the past time, they had a few issues when the time-tracker had taken screenshots of only one screen (instead of both), but after contacting their support, the issue was resolved really quickly.

Cons
Sometimes crashes without no reason. does not track all the applications, shows unknown sometimes
