Pros
CallHippo has been a great help for us. It has allowed us to be contacted by and make contact to our client's customers without breaking the bank. The interface is intuitive and practical and very easy to learn and administer. Their technical support was also very prompt and timely in their response and resolution.
Cons
All the features they offer are useful to us for our business needs right now. I do not know anything else we would need from them.

It has been great to be honest. I have tried this for the first time. I have used softwares such as Vonage and ringcentral in the past which were also good. But callhippo's support function just wowed me. I mean they are always available to answer questions and solve issues in a heartbeat.
Pros
The ease of set up, the quality of calls, recordings to go back and monitor what's working and what's not. Best part is the support function - Always available and solves issues in a heartbeat.

- You can get a different service with better support 'skype for business'.

- Discuss your Use Case with the support team before making the purchase.
- Support doesn't even understand your use case properly due to lack of knowledge.
- They will try to sell you the product no matter what so, please get all the response over email as proof of refund.
- You don't receive SMS for verification. So, the service doesn't work.
- You don't receive calls for verification from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, Upwork.
- Again make sure ask before you make the final purchase because they don't wanna refund wanna your money
- Also, their automation mailer will disturb you even if you are on a call with them.

It serves the purpose of obtaining virtual US numbers and this helps us to test our software products more accurately.
Cons
I'm sure many bugs can be found in this product. I found a few by just using it for one or two days.
Examples:
1. To convert a "Test Analyst" user to a different role (even with the Owner profile) I had to open a chat and talk to support.
2. When trying to view the Help section, it redirects to a login page & even with the correct usernames & passwords, it says invalid login.

would not have been here it would still not be solved. And look at the conversations, with the various agents, it has lasted for a few months. [sensitive content hidden] after a couple of months, is the only one who told me that you carrier in Panama was asking for additional documents, which i submitted. And she is the only one tonight through a video call who finalized the set up of my number. Again a bit thank you to [sensitive content hidden]

Cons
That there was no follow up on the documentation I submitted, and no follow up up informing me that I needed to submit something else, and no follow up to help me set up the number (which I could not have done on my end as it was requiring some backend work from Call Hippo)
