The ease of utilyzing payroll weekly is very easy. Also the reports are easy to access & download. Customer support if you ever need to call in is very supportive and knowledgeable.

There is nothing I don't like as this softward is very good.

Having something is better than nothing. I appreciate being able to store employee data in one digital location.

Limited levels of authorization and access. For instance, If I want to have an employee enter W-4 information but not have access to view wages, that's not possible. If an someone has access to an employee's file, they have access to all information. Tabs can't be limited.

There a not a variety of options for producing information, reports, etc. For instance, I can only see 7 days in advance of someone's birthday. I can't increase the dashboard reminder to 14 days. Also, it would be nice for managers to have access to an employee contact directory without having access to employees files.

I was told that I could forward our employee handbook to Viventium and they would incorporate it into a template and create a new handbook for us. After purchasing Viventium and attempting to do so, I was told that they "don't do that anymore".

There are more. These are just a couple.

the ability to upload onboarding documents has been a game changer for our office. It has made brining on new employees less time consuming and so much easier

Everything related to Onboarding, payroll,professional license tracking. This is only 5% of what the software offers. Client service representatives are excellent.

Nothing so far I haven’t had any issues

Payroll is on time, and never experienced a delay so far

The report builder function is difficulty to use when your report have to include thousands of employees

User friendly; quick, efficient, and helpful customer services; additional resources when it comes to tax laws, employment laws, etc.

I cannot think of anything we don't like about Viventium.

I like that I can customize certain areas to my needs. Onboarding is very easy and user friendly.

I wish the birthday and work anniversaries showed up without me having to change the date on the calendar.

Viventium has really helped my company by providing payroll services. As a new and small business owner, the "V" team has been patient, helpful and always a pleasure to work with. Had to learn how to say their name...so at first called them the "V" team.

everything is easy to access and in one app.

the lack of communication from the staff.

They can handle just about any calculation, no matter the complexity.

I wouldn't mind more features on the user end and not having to contact customer service for every change.

Importing Payroll from Clear Care. Pay stub description to eliminate or minimize discrepancies.

Finding the most basic functionality. You should do the same dynamic search for every single feature, like in latest Android smart phones' settings

The ease of submitting payroll and taxes.

Reporting tool is a bit confusing and it would be great to rename the reports.

We have been using Viventium for a few years now and have been very satisfied with their services. Their customer service representatives are always there to help when you have a question, issue or problem.

Minor error with W-2 return addresses not being corrected 2 years in a row. Returned W-2's took longer to be received by USPS.

Viventium is a pleasure to work with. Their payroll system is easy to learn and to use. Their customer service reps are knowledgeable, efficient and have a quick response time. They address any concerns or questions smoothly and quickly.

Currently, there are no areas that i dislike

Easy to implement and maintain, as well as easy to process weekly payroll.

We have not had a functional requirement that could not satisfied by the software.

The ease of navigation throughout the portal as both an administrator. They also communicate effectively with clients and their support team is great at what they do.

I have no complaints about the Viventium software.

I am consistently impressed with its reliability and performance. This software has become an integral part of our payroll management, offering a range of features that have greatly simplified our processes and enhanced our overall efficiency.

There are no areas that I dislike at this time.

Employees can set up accounts by themselves

Complicated to add or remove fields when running reports

I love the ease of use. Very anxious for Viventium to link to our ERSP program to make life a little easier at Payroll time.

I don't like that this software doesn't talk to the program we use for our business (ERSP). We were told this was in the process, and would happen in the near future, but we haven't heard back regarding this.

What made my team and I want to switch was the advertised time savings we would have in processing our payroll and the detail in their paystubs but they were not able to deliver what was promised.

When the time came to start using their service, and we were in the implementation stage, they were never ready to fix the issues we were having. In every meeting we had, we felt we were starting at square one. They were not professional and could not deliver the services as promised. I had to cancel and ended up staying with ADP, and now they refuse to refund me a measly $400.If I were them, I would care more about my reputation than such a small amount of money.During our implementation, even though we were no where near ready to go live, they were rushing us to do our first payroll with them and we felt as if they cared more about securing us as a client than making sure we were happy.

Easy to use and has everything I need to do a great job.

Occasionally has issues that have to be fixed by company and delays completing of work.

We have used the system for several years as well as recommending the system to several other companies
