Pros
Quick and easy to learn and use. Istaging.com is an excellent alternative for processing and hosting all your virtual tour needs in a very affordable way. No expensive cameras to buy or high monthly subcription prices to pay.
Cons
Changing the order of panoramas is very time consuming and being kicked out while on for longer periods of time

Ease of use, minimal setup time, custom branding, and pricing is affordable. Clients have no problem using it.
Cons
Does not have stereo 360 support. This is really important to us. iStaging says its coming, but no timeline was given.

Pros
it's very easy to use and sharable without problems. Also the speed in internet when i use it on smartphone to do some presentation is very good
Cons
I can suggest you to improve the infopoint. They are not good and not responsive (the pictures)
Also the possibility to link mp3 file may be very good
But work on the infopoint to make them more smart and potents

I like the ease of use of the software the most. The way it seamlessly integrates between the hardware, app and VR editor on desktop.
Cons
There has been a couple of glitches with the software but our account manager has helped us work through any issues we've had.

It was easy to set up and there is no expensive camera or other equipment needed like other competitive products.
Cons
I really have not ran into any cons yet. I am looking forward to using the new filter feature they just added.

Pros
It's ability to create virtual reality tours of a real estate property is very simple and cost-friendly compared to the delivered results. YouTube and other tags are easily embedded within. User friendly and intuitive to use with your mobile device.
Cons
Has some tendencies to crash when stitching photos. There's no live chat support when urgently needed. And no WiFi means bye bye.

Having an iphone Plus, the camera can sometimes leaned and dropped from the tripod.
Once on the rotator, the button to launch the live tour is partially hidden it, which does not make it easy to use

Matterport like features at a more affordable cost. Still wish the istaging software would be able...
Matterport like features at a more affordable cost. Still wish the istaging software would be able to let is move around "walk" from room to room in a connected manner like Matterport does, vs istaging makes you 'skip' or 'teleport' from room to room making the VR tour disconnected from one room to the next. Matterport's way of moving around is more like you're "walking through the house" vs istaging is like you're appearing in a room to look around and then appearing in another room to look around, very disjointed experience although great for the price. It's the only thing that makes Matterport such a better experience. If you fix that gap, you'll be 2nd to none. Right now you're great, but 2nd to Matterport in the walkthrough experience.
Pros
Can mimic virtually every function that the much more expensive Matterport can do. Although Matterport does perform these "same" functions much more smoothly with zero lag nor any jittery frame rates in transition room to room (as sometimes seen in iStaging) but overall you cannot beat istaging's ease of use, functionality and quality for the price, hands down.
Cons
Great product for the dollars but could use some software tweaks: (1) My least favorite is that you cannot "walk" down a hallway and into the next room the way you can with Matterport. (staging's clicking a dot to teleport into the next room is just not the same visual orientation and touring feel and always having to re-orient your direction vs Matterport's 'walking' to any point in a room and seeing perspective from there, before walking to the next room from there, like a true VR tour. (2) The staging motion when transitioning/moving from room to room, can lack a smoothness (vs Matterport SUPER smooth when moving room to room or looking around). Those are nearly the only 2 things that suffer vs Matterport which is still the best performer, (but at a higher cost).

Taking the images is super easy especially since they send you the tripod and attachment for your phone.
Cons
Getting the images all stitched together can be hard to do if your pictures are out of order. Adding notes along the way can also be cumbersome if you are not familiar with their platform.

Pros
It's easy to use. It allows to brand yourself, unlike other companies where you pay an outrageous amount of money for the camera then you a high monthly fee to host and edit your files and it's still has their brand on it!
Cons
None. It is a good product and I am glad I found it. Hopefully, more people will consider istaging as an option.

The software is quick and easy to use. Great value for the ability to create VR plus the ability to brand our company is also great.
Cons
Sometimes ordering the photos for the tour is a bit buggy but it's a minor problem. The issue is when you are trying to order the photos a lot of times the other photos will come out of order or the tour will jump one photo up or down the spot you want by a long ways.

Very easy to use. The Live tour editor was very handy and had many possibilities. The video.link option is very usefull.

Easy to use with any 360 capturing device. I have tried the leans supplied by iStaging with android which is very good. Samsung Gear 360 is ok. Best results I have hade is using a fisheye lens on a camera.

It is ideal for us to have an insight into our facility as many potential clients don't visit the site initially. Therefore the solution is good but it needs to be a little more flexible. The pop up tags design is poor and uploaded floor plans are poor quality. I would recommend the product though as the end result is pleasing.

Its ease of use, and slick presentation make it ideal for us in creating a 360 tour for our customers. Customer support has been 1st class.
