I love the repeat scheduling options and auto reminders. It saves so much time

I do wish there was a option for a auto reminder one hour prior to the clients schedule. Some clients still forget even within 24 hours.

Easy to book appointments. Lots of different functions

Clients have to pay to book. It is for everyone's benefit to book online but Moego discourage this by making the customers pay to book. We already pay a monthly fee to use the software as well as elevated stripe processing charges. We are actively looking for a better option that doesn't try and squeeze money from all corners.

I love the fact that Moego is very user friendly and allows me to customize all aspects of my business needs from pet grooming to retail.

I love the fact that MoeGo streamlines everything for me. It’s simple to use and helps me stay organized.

Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about the program… Every time I’ve ever asked for a feature to be added they have been over backwards to do it. The customer service is amazing.

Pretty much everything, the moegoe team is very helpful and consider every request like they really care. 🙃

Desktop isn’t as user friendly as the moblie app

MoeGo has made my job as a owner/groomer so much easier and less stressful.

MoeGo app doesn't always load fast, or it seems to have issues loading all the pet/client info when I don't have full phone reception.

Moego is very user friendly. We use it daily for our mobile grooming business.

I do wish that the app and the desktop version were exactly the same. As the admin I use the desktop version the most, but when training new groomers (who solely use the app) it is difficult to show them many things without using the app as well. There are also many little things that I hope are implemented soon that would make my daily use better.

This program has helped me a lot , it’s really organized , easy to use , love the fact that the program helped me a lot to get connected with my client

The part that I don’t like from the software is that I’m not able to download a picture or a flyer for the mass test

The whole thing. The system is very user friendly. I’m not a tech savvy but I can use it without stress. Such a professional team when I have a question they respond back so quick.

I wish if they have an unlimited text so I don’t have to keep tracks on messages.

How easy it is to figure out most of time.

You can't change the message and save it for future use when you send someone an invoice through message. Not a big deal though

What I love about Moego is that it is easy to use. It sends reminders, agreements, and scheduling to customers, and you can have the option to book online.

Needs to be more customizable as far as running reports, and only being able to use excel. Would like to be able to use or integrate with different programs.

So easy to manage the calendar, I love the online booking system which made my life so productive, Two ways text messaging. And the system hasn't been down not a single time.

I would like to see when one of my employees schedules an appt. This option used to be avail but with upgrades it went away

MoeGo is the very best software for dog grooming! We own a grooming salon and are growing so fast. MoeGo is having no problem keeping up! We recommend it to any groomers in our groups who are looking for a new way to organize and run their grooming business. AND...The customer service is excellent. I have never had to wait for more than a minute for my question be be answered! Use MoeGo...You will not regret it!!

There is really nothing that MoeGo does not do wonderfully!

I like the ease of setup, online demos and demo walkthrus, quick customer service, and most of all the ability for online booking and appointment management.

The messaging feature. I pay for the mid-grade level of the app and you only get 900 SMS texts a month which include all automated messages from your business to the client and all two-way communication (singular or mass texts) to the client as well. If you go over the 900 you are forced to buy more texts. This is my first month on MoeGo so we'll see how it goes.

The auto-reminders make my life so much easier!

I wish there was a way to auto text the customer the receipt after checkout (instead of email).

This has helped me keep all my appointments in one area. I love the features that keep improving,the customer service is amazing.

I don’t have anything about MoeGo that I don’t like

MoeGo makes it so easy to make appointments, communicate with clients through text and check clients out to pay.

The main thing for me is I would like to be able to select the amount of dogs and time slots I book in a day, but MoeGo's features make it so I can work around that.

MoeGo is very helpful in organizing employees days on a calendar for the team to review and scheduling customers.

Every time I look at a message it automatically "reopens" the message and sends it to the inbox. I wish it was only opened if there was something necessary to complete for the client.
