GREAT Company and platform. It is great to have terms of service and privacy policies written for you to embed in website. When a policy changes you just edit the policy and click publish, no need to find every place on your website that you put the agreement to edit it. Company is great as well. Price and pricing strategy has changed since I purchased but they keep renewing me with the price and terms that I originally purchased which is great too.

Really wish they had a plug-in for TOS acknowledgment banners within iOS apps.

I choose Termly for its design and features. I ended up upgrading to the pro account to service a few websites and languages.

The documentation on how to place the cookie and privacy policy was good, but would like to have seen videos.

It is incredibly easy to set up from both a cookie consent and policy management standpoint. You can set how frequently it scans the site and updates the modules installed.

Doesn't handle multi-region compliance well if you're US based. Will not allow cookies to be set even in opt-out regions, resulting in a huge drop in analytics and remarketing capabilities.

TERMLY is a must-have subscription for anyone looking to ensure GDPR compliance for their website. The peace of mind that comes with knowing your website is compliant and protected is well worth the investment.

At this point, I have nothing that I don't like about Termly.

I like most that the documents connect to my website/embedded, and can be updated real time.

I like document customization, but I wish more fonts were available

Very easy to set up. Easy to write a policy with the wizard. Easy to integrate into software.

Difficult (impossible) to add your own language into the policies. This can be a good thing for compliance, but hard when you want to customize.

Termly is easy to use. Customers can tailor make their policy documents. The documents interface well with any platform. It is not filled with heavy and technical jargon.

Reading through the aspects of the policy acn be time consuming. Some of the aspects were too continental specific, but in the draft this was editable.

With the legal woes and lawyers of America, we found it very important to be up to date with our internet usage policy and all of that other complicated stuff. Termly made it easy for me to be in compliance with policies I needed to allow all users access to my site from around the globe without having to do much.

If you are implementing on your website, make sure you understand it will take a little experience to pull it over with the API. Also, some add blockers, such as Brave Browser, will block the API from running. For the most part, I have had very little problems or concerns.

Termly allowed me to easily update my policies and keep an eye on compliance as I started out my business.

Some of the cookie-cutter policy sections do not directly align with my needs and expectations.

We have found termly to be extremely easy to use. It was simple to create policies using the wizard. By answering a series of questions our policies were created for us in minutes. They look very professional and help us to remain compliant with very little effort. I highly recommend the product.

We had a small challenge figuring out how to place the policies on our website, but once we understood how to do so, it was very easy to update and maintain.

Easy to set up and deploy. I had my first policy up in less than 10 mins.

I didn’t have many issues with this software. I do feel like I would like more customizations for the return policy like the ability to have a all sales are final with legalese.

Integration was easy into my store. Autoupdates when laws change was a big sell

There were times I wasn't 100% sure what was being asked so it took a bit of research to make sure I was answering correctly but that's not really on Termly.

Easy to use and value for money. I'll be using all the features for my website.

There's nothing I don't like about the software

I love Termly because once you set it up, you are good to go. I am a busy blogger and was so happy to get all of the legal aspects of my blog set up quickly and easily with Termly.

Really nothing comes to mind. I found it very straightforward and easy to put the terms and conditions into my website.

I love that Termly does all of the heavy lifting for me; all I have to do is input my information and they do the rest! I am so glad I found this website. I have no clue how to write a privacy policy that not only sounds professional but is legally sound. I am so glad I found Termly! I'm also using them for other policies like Cookies and Terms and Conditions.

I would like to use Termly for my Return Policy, however, there aren't enough options available on their website. Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept returns (I'm sure I'm not the only online retailer that has this policy), but it is not an option under Termly's policies. I would like to be able to customize the return policy a bit more, but I'm not seeing that as an option at this time.

It is hard to stay up-to-date on all those legal changes that impact website policies. Termly does it for us.

So many questions to answer - but I appreciate that Termly is thorough!!!
