Simply put, you need Clickcease if you run any kind of PPC campaign.

We’ve used Clickcease for about 18 months to block the ever growing volume of invalid clicks from the search engines.

Being able to block both individual IP addresses and also IP ranges has allowed us to keep PPC costs under control. We can see that around 30% of clicks from Adwords are invalid, and as Clickcease integrates directly with Adwords to block IP’s there’s very little work to be done at our end after the settings have been made on the Clickcease account.

The most import part of Clickcease is that it gives factual and indisputable evidence when you need to have a war with the search engines to get a credit for invalid clicks. What I mean by this is that when you have IP addresses in your Adwords or Bing account that you’ve blocked, and you still get clicks from them and more importantly charged for the clicks (this does happen a lot) then you can take your Clickcease evidence and use that as the base for a credit. We’ve received credits of around $23,000 in the last 12 months from Adwords alone and we wouldn’t have gotten these were it not for the Clickcease evidence.

There’s nothing not to like. It’s low cost, it’s reliable and it does what it says on the tin.

ClickCease is really easy to get setup and running. Reporting is super simple and straight forward so you can show clients or your team or boss the value it brings and the money it saves.

Blocking isn't automated on Bing so you have to manually add IP's which is time consuming and annoying. But I really only use the service for our Google Ads so its not a huge issue.

None - this is a waste of money - I would not recommend subscribing

The advertise that you will receive savings in 2 ways:
1. Through a refund claim based on their click reports and identified fraudulent clicks, Google will refund you on these clicks - the estimated amount they will refund is displayed as 'your savings' - but Google DOES NOT refund you for these clicks! - False advertising.
2. Blocked VPNs - this is difficult to quantify as they are 'future clicks' that would be blocked, but are definitely no where near the estimate above. I would guess that it is close to 1% or less of the advertised savings.

The click fraud feature as part of the software has saved us hundreds of dollars in the first few months of implementation!

Customer support is a bit lacking. I'd love to have some more help from customer service to see if there's anything we could be doing better.

In my career of PPC I've seen a lot of account and talked to a lot of business owners. And one thing that's always haunting me is business owners who are scared to pay for clicks coming from competitors.
The moment you start talking about click prices, this is one of the top topics. After doing some research I stumbled on ClickCease, and I'm glad I did. This piece of software does exactly what it says. Of course Google's and Microsoft's filters are good. But by preventing people from clicking the visibility of the PPC accounts went up on the full border. ClickCease completed the used tools in our agency.

noteworthy: Besides the tool itself, the customer service is out of it's league. Other (bigger) companies could take an example to ClickCease's tech-savvy, fast and friendly customer service team.

Installation can be a hassle, if you're not the owner of the website. But this is with everything that comes with code. Overall the tool is very user friendly!

It is very easy to use, and very very funcional.

You only insert your domain, your own rules to filter the users, and "Walla!" its done and working.

At the same time, this software let you block long ip ranges for Google Adwords. Important if you discover that they are using bots.

To say something "bad", maybe the report each two months with the invalid click in Google Ads it is too late if you have a budget with 2000 euros, but this "law" it is defined by Google not by ClickCease.

Anyway, they send ythe report automatic, so it is perfect.

Actualy Agency plan is too expensive for us

Allow me to ignore the competitor clicks and run high bids, and saves me time looking at the IP recordings manually.

Interface design is a bit old and hard to find, but the support is super fast and helpful

ClickCease includes easy set-up instructions for Google ads and Facebook pixel integration. It helps us save money for our clients and provide value for their advertising. Best of all, their support team is very responsive and helpful. They even offer free webinars and training to optimize usage of ClickCease settings!

I occasionally have difficulty connecting a Google Ads ID to their portal, but usually refreshing and a quick chat with support clears it up

I manage more than 40 google ad accounts and over the years have suspected/observed click fraud becoming more and more of a problem. It was invaluable to roll-out ClickCease across all our accounts and see that not only our suspicions were correct but we were now able to block those malicious IPs.

We had a little bit of confusion during set-up in terms of whether we should connect our mcc account of child accounts but received excellent customer support and managed to get everything working properly without too much stress or time delay.

Click Fraud is a good tool and I am using it on all accounts

The price is a bit high. I think you can offer with better price

The online report table is quite dynamic. You can check many variables to be shown or not.

The report shows a record of the fraudulent session. When reporting 2 or more fraud clicks you can't be sure which one is actually shown on that recording.Also, I don't like the style of many screen elements. I prefer plain items, as close to Excel table reports as possible. I end up downloading the CVS file to handle it on a cleaner view. I would prefer to skip this extra step.

ClickCease does an amazing job at clearly laying out all its tools & features. It's also powerful enough to actively block bots from our AdWords. It's led to a much more robust & safe web experience within our company.

Initially we were concerned the features might not fit our agency well but it became very clear that we had lots to gain by using ClickCease. Thankfully, we were able to incorporate it into our workflow fully.

Nothing, feel like it was a complete waste of time and money...

Canceled account, didn't use it for a month, still was charged, saw NO real value whatsoever...don't recommend-

I strongly recommend ClickCease. I was spending $1000 per week more on unwanted clicks. Now I don't have to worry about someone clicking my ads repeatedly, 2 clicks then my ads won't show to that user anymore to avoid extra click charges.

Takes care of blocking unwanted clicks, can customize the blocking settings, can white list our own IP's

billing is very confusing, deleting a domain is difficult, wish it could take on bing ads like google

Easy to set up and use. Fastlearning curve. New features added often.

Small block list size is really not optimal for large accounts. We do go through the list on daily basis.

The service is easy to implement and catches fraud. I don't have to log in much.

There's not much I don't like about the software.

I guess the new ad spy feature is still in beta because I haven't seen much data from it yet.

I like the fact that this software needs almost no intervention and it silently and effortlessly saves us money on click fraud.

There are no cons or downsides to this software that I have become aware of.
