PerformYard is an amazingly easy software to use.

Initially, there were some minor glitches while logging in but I guess that has been sorted out. I can work seamlessly on it now.

That it is good and Intuitive to use, you never lost on what todo on how to complete the task needed.

Somethings is slow on how to manage it, basically due the Core Programming.

PerformYard has efficient and streamlined processes. Review management is clear and easy to use, especially compared to other resources.

There is truly noting I dislike about PerformYard.

Perform Yard gives me an opportunity for direct input into how the organization I work for. Because it allows employees to enter their own comments and not answer questions that are carefully constructed to derive a specific set of answers.

I honestly can't think of any cons in regard to Perform Yard.

what I like about perform yard is that I can review my self and know when I am not preforming

The profile setup is easy to compile and the goals sections well developed, easy to set up and update

The texting is very straight forward and doesn't allow for easy organization of remarks.

Easy to login because it tied into our single sign on software.

I messed up, several times, and submitted my self appraisal instead of saving my progress. My supervisor was notified each time I submitted it, so I annoyed him.

PerformYard is too expensive.

The platform has a nice interface, is intuitive and easy to use. It is a good tool to set the professional goals and keep track of them.
