Very powerful platform with advanced technology inside. Highly professional team which is always ready to help meet the requirements of the customer.

Pros

I would separate reviews into 2 perspectives - project owner and end user.
I am going to focus on more project owner perspective. For project owner it is not only important to bring value to company and having outstanding end user experience but also keep in mind ease of scale, support and maintenance.
Project owner should also meet the budget and stakeholders expectations. Here are some pros for the project owners.
1. One dashboard can process and operate very large data set retaining high speed for end user. This is unique feature that lacks in other popular BI platforms. Below are the benefits of this feature:
- Speed and simplicity to create different dashboards from one big data set instead of building separate SQL queries to databases for each dashboard.
- Enlarging number of reports without spending extra budget to build them.
- Reduce time spent on testing and data verification.
- Easy to support.
2. Ease of setting roles for data access restriction for all measures and dimensions.
3. User-friendly automated report mailing service.
4. Intuitive interface for end users.

Cons

Some sophisticated chart types are not available. Good news that they can be added if requested.

Pros

Analysing millions of rows of data rapidly , Excellent customer support and always available when needed the most.

Cons

Having true Multi-language will improve the Contour BI further and our client all over the world where English is not first language will be able to get the most out of it.
