Our Company was looking for some methods to hangle complex projects and, in particular, their HW, SW and system requirements. This is the first instuments we use to manage the requirements and it is already an indispensable tool.

Pros

Very great integration with JIRA server. Very fast learning curve.

Cons

The feature R4J improve over the basic JIRA server does not seems to much but they're for sure the essential one. I hope R4J will continue to improve the product.

Helps throughout our ASPICE process development.
Keeps traceability from customer requirements - test cases - test executions - documentation.

Pros

Easy to keep everyone involved in the requirement management.
Makes traceability easy and simple for everyone to understand.
The issue tree view, easy to organize and get an overview. Helps all work in JIRA.
Easy to create export templates, both word and excel.

Cons

Export template error messages could be improved.
