NiceJob Reviews

NiceJob is easy to use out of the box. It's great for businesses that are starting out and getting their feet wet at collecting and managing reviews.

NiceJob integrates with very few sites for leaving reviews. It does not integrate with sites for specialty businesses (e.g., legal, financial, real estate, etc.). Thus, it is limited for use by general, small businesses.

What can I say? The features work, the people are easy to work with, and we get more reviews.

Really don’t have anything I could complain about. It works.

Some things aren't explained in anyway to help learn it

Setup was fairly simple and when support is needed the company is very responsive. I like the aesthetic of the widget and the ability to customize the messaging.

Understanding how to navigate the campaigns for referrals and add widgets to our website has been challenging.

The workflow is wonderful. Once contacts are uploaded, NiceJob takes it from there. I'm able to customize the messages that are sent to customers. I can hand-select customers I'd like to ask to review us.

When sharing reviews on social media, I'm able to attach a relevant photo. Reviews over a certain number of stars (I choose how many) are shared automatically on social media accounts that I choose.

It doesn't work with Mindbody Online (yet). I need to upload a .csv file regularly, then click "invite" to get the ball rolling.

When posting reviews on LinkedIn, the only option is to post to my personal profile rather than the company page. This may be a LinkedIn thing rather than a NiceJob thing.

I submitted my custom requests and they built the website for my company in a very reasonable amount of time. I love that it's a monthly subscription instead of a huge upfront cost. The review portion of the software is awesome as their system does all the emailing and following up for you. Excellent customer service as well.

I'd love it if there was a eCommerce option available that integrated with the website. Other than that, I've had no issues.

I like how it's integrated with Monday.com and Quickbooks and I can automatically get reviews. However, I'm most impressed with their customer support. I've never dealt with a company that is so willing to get help and get you onboarded like NiceJob. Even on a free trial, I spoke with 3 different customer support people to help me get everything set up and even did most of the setup for me.

No cons about the software so far and well priced.

I like that they have been able to generate reviews quickly for my business than I was able to do myself. Love that I can integrate Google!! That was definitely a huge plus!!

I honestly haven't found anything I didn't like.

Nice Job was priced right and had great customer service. Love the Automated to Square feature to send review when invoice is generated. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was fantastic, what a patient problem solver. Thanks for your hard work and exceptional customer service.

Nothing yet. Everything has worked the way it should

This software is incredibly easy to use. Once the initial set up is complete you just let it run and do its thing.

We have yet to find anything about this software that we are not happy with.

Very easy to use. I like how they ask for reviews. The customer support is next level. Even helped me get it all set up on my website.

Doesn’t connect to my ehr. Not their fault, more my ehr’s fault.

The software is amazing because it automates your review system.

I haven't experienced any cons. The software integrates easily with multiple CRMs and all of your social media.

Nice job took us from a 4.8 rating with 30 reviews up to 120 with a 4.9 and that is only google!

The best platform to get the customer's reviews. We all require reviews to make our business successful. This tool makes it easy and flawless. Very easy and simple to use the software. Can be added with previous software easily. This helps me to make generate more clint and business too.

Nothing in this to make dislike. I like it. It has the best customer support. Easy to use and fast. No complaint at all. Can be added more featured in this it will make it more beneficial. Great product for collecting reviews.

The ease of set it and forget it! I've had ZERO issues once it was integrated with my CRM/scheduling app.

I would like to see a toggle/radio button to turn off review solicitation once a client submits a review. We have many weekly and biweekly clients.

Great idea that frees up the office from the chore of collecting reviews.Our reviews online have skyrocketed. We have as many reviews as the largest franchise plumbing company in our area. A online review presence is vital in today's market and NiceJob make sit easy and affordable to achieve.

Some reviews only get posted via NiceJob only and not on Google.

The automation process takes the burden off my shoulder

There is no element that I liked least.

The ease of use to get the request for a review to the client/customer. In todays environment we all need reviews to drive business and NiceJob makes colleting this information hassle free and seamless.

in Stories I have to add pictures and collaborate/reply with the person who left a review. Because I deal with interior spaces in someone's home I am not able to interact as posting a picture is a violation of a persons privacy.
